Changes in Vietnam Airlines Golden Lotus Plus Program

From June 1, 2015, new changes of Vietnam Airlines Golden Lotus Plus Program will take effect. Passengers as Vietnam Airlines GLP members will receive more benefits and incentives from Golden Lotus Plus and SkyTeam.

According to the changes of Vietnam Airlines in Golden Lotus Plus policy, the member's tier bonus rates, mile transfer fees, and awards on Vietnam Airlines and SkyTeam will have significant changes. With these changes, frequent flyers of Vietnam Airlines will receive more benefits.

The Vietnam Airlines Golden Lotus Plus member's tier bonus rate will be changed as follows:

- For Titanium membership: 30% (increasing by 20%)

- For Gold membership: 50% (increasing by 20%)

- For Platinum membership: 100% (increasing by 50%)

However, tier bonus miles are bonus miles. They are not used to qualify membership tier.

Vietnam Airlines Boeing 777-200 new colors

Miles transfer fee is applied as follows:

- In foreign markets: 0.01 USD/mile

- In Vietnam market: 200 VND/mile

Administration fee:

- In foreign markets: 10 USD/transaction

- In Vietnam market: 200,000 USD/transaction

Please note that, transfer fee and administration fee are included taxes.

VN Airlines will award members in accordance with regions and awards type, as follows:
