From June 19, 2015 to October 24, 2015, EVA Air will provide Dallas – Houston – Dallas free shuttle service in flights from Taipei to Houston. Please note that, passengers have to order the service at least 72 hours before the schedule departure time.

To request the service of free bus Dallas - Houston - Dallas, passengers need to contact the airline at least 72 hours before the scheduled departure time from 8:30 - 17:30 (Mondays - Fridays). If EVA Air tickets belong to flights conducted on weekend and holidays, passengers have to contact the airline to book in advance for 4 days or more to avoid not having the service. Please note that, passengers have promotional tickets (AD/ID/IM) cannot order the service. For passengers who are kept at the immigration and custom area for long or have some personal reasons, making them late for the bus, they will not be served. Free EVA Air bus service will not take any responsibility for refund/change/compensate for the free service.

Passengers can bring two pieces of checked baggage allowance (less than 62in/piece), and one hand baggage allowance (less than 22x14x9 in, and less than 15lbs). Passengers as Diamond/ Gold/Silver member can bring extra baggage allowance. The size and weight of the baggage will be counted as criteria of baggage allowance for Economy class. Passengers need to contact the airline to know more information. Such excess baggage will be charged in accordance with the regulation of the airline. If passengers bring oversized or excess baggage in EVA Air flights, please inform the airline when booking.
