Yes, we do. Special meals are available to cater different requirements of passengers during EVA Air flight time. If you are vegetarian, or going on a diet, or have any special requirements, please contact with us to notify your request at least 24 hours before the departure time.

Hong Kong Airlines will allow pregnant passengers on board if the passenger is able to travel, has the confirmation of her gynecologist of proposed travel plan and obtain medical guidance before booking flights.

The airline will accept pregnant passengers with single pregnancies up to the end of the 35th week (e.g. 35th weeks + 6 days) and up to the end of the 31st week (e.g. 31st weeks + 6 days) for multiple births.

Pregnant passenger after 28 weeks must have a medical certificate of fitness to fly with the estimated delivery time announced by doctor or midwife. The certificate is issued within 7 days before the departure date.

Pregnant passengers reaching 36th week of single pregnancies / 32nd week of multiple pregnancies, women flying within first 7 days after delivery, and healthy new born and not premature babies within 7 days after birth will not be allowed by Hong Kong Airlines.

Because there is a limitation of infant facilities onboard, Hong Kong Airline only allows a certain number of infants to travel. Therefore, you should contact us early for arrangement. Airfare will be counted on the child if he/she turns to the age of two during the journey of flight.

If a passenger go with two infants, one of them reaching 6 months will have to travel on a child ticket.

The airfare is 10% of fare for adult.

Baby bassinets are not provided on the aircraft.

Services for Unaccompanied Minor (UM) is provided to children aged from 6 to 12 not travelling with an adult. You should contact us at least 48 hours before the departure time to ensure proper arrangement. Charge may be applied.

Passengers can bring needles and syringes onboard if they are allowed by the local country’s security and customs agencies, because it is beyond the control of Hong Kong Airlines.

Passengers must satisfy the following criteria to use medical syringes or injectable medication in flights:
- The syringes and needles must be carried together with the injectable medication or the medication is preloaded in the syringe.
- The syringes and medication should be packaged and clearly labeled (by the pharmacy, hospital or the doctor’s office) with the passenger’s name. If they are not labeled, a medical certificate or letter from their doctor showing passenger’s name and the medication must be required.
- Passengers should present the items at any time for security inspection.
- Used syringes should be disposed of in the ‘sharps box’ onboard all flights.

If assengers want to require special assistance due to health-related problems, they are required to contact the booking staff in advance to request special arrangement. In addition, passengers must have a medical clearance showing current medical conditions. They are also required to travel with a companion who is over 18 years old. Airport staff will check the medical clearance form and ensure that all medical clearance requirements are met before accepting the passenger for travel.

- The menu of meals for Business Class in flights provides passengers with a healthy and diverse range of meal selections. Depending on the flight route and duration, different selections of gourmet appetizers, mains and desserts will be offered, along with various selection of drinks.

- For Economy class, meals in flights are also depended on flight duration and time of day. Various international cuisines are prepared with the freshest ingredients going with a selection of drinks, including coffee, tea, juices and soft drinks.

Besides, passengers can be provided with special meals, cake and champagne. Special meals will be offered seasonally, and depended on as flight duration, and availability.
