+ Can I use EVA Mobile app to demand a refund from EVA Airlines?

No, you cannot. In case you booked an EVA Air ticket via EVA Mobile, you cannot demand a refund through this app. Nonetheless, you can make a refund request in our website AloTrip.com. Filling your information in a refund application, then you can enquire the refund processing in the website by using your credit card number and passenger name. This progress will take place during approximately two months. Service fees for the refund processing will be charged to your credit card accordingly.

+ In addition to EVA Air airfares, do I have to pay any additional travel charges?

Except from EVA Air’s ticket fare, you may be required travel taxes and fees. These additional travel charges are different because they are set by the country’s authorities or the airport operators at arrival or departure points. + After booking, can I change my EVA Airline flight time or route?

It depends. Any changes in your flight time schedule depend on EVA Air’s applicable fare rules/ conditions and seat availability. If you would like to change your travel dates, you need to contact to AloTrip in advance to make necessary changes. If changes have not been made before departure, you cannot show up the ticket you booked before to travel on your new desired dates and routing. It means you need to purchase a new ticket for travel on your new desired travel dates and routing.

+ After finishing purchase EVAir tickets, can I change the passenger name?

The answer is no. If passenger who booked this ticket cannot travel as plan, please make a request for a ticket refund because passenger name in the ticket cannot be changed. To ensure passenger’s convenience, EVA Air must confirm the accuracy of all passenger information. Hence, if you are a member of Infinity MileageLands, make sure that the name on the ticket is similar to your Infinity MileageLands membership profile and passport. Using the same name will ensure that your mileage credits are accumulated.
+ Why to present credit card used to purchase EVA Airticket at the counter upon check-in at the airport?

According to EVA Air conditions, all passengers who book online are required to show their credit card they used to purchase the ticket when making the check-in procedure at the airport.
