Can I order wheelchair service in flight of Hong Kong Airlines?
Special orders
Wheelchairs will be provided for passengers of the service is required. For passengers who require wheelchair service because of illness, a medical certificate may be presented to confirm the fitness for travel.

Can I buy EVA Air tickets for friends or families by my credit card?

The answer is yes. You can use your credit card to purchase ticket for your friends, families, relatives…provided that the person you book ticket for must travel on the same flight with you. How far in advance can I book ticket in EVA Air flights?

Reservation can be made from 7 hours to 360 days prior to the departure time. After successfully booking, a reservation reference number and ticket number will be automatically generated by the EVA Air system.

While this procedure is taking place, some banks may send an instant message to their clients to notify them. Nevertheless, the exchange rate applying to the payment is actually calculated when the booking confirmation is finished. Thereby, there may be a minor difference in the indicated prices because of changes in foreign exchange.
