Yes, according to the EVA’s regulation you can select your seat until 24 hours before departure via EVA Mobile App. Please kindly be noted that all passengers who use the advance seat selection service need to make check-in procedures at least one hour prior to their departure time. Nonetheless, EVA Air and UNI Air may adjust seating arrangements if changing aircraft type or dealing with other operational requirements. After your seat has been selected and confirmed, you also can use EVA Mobile to change your seat.

How Hong Kong Airlines carries pets in flights?
Checked baggage
In Hong Kong Airlines flights, except service dogs allowed in passenger cabin, other animals as pets (dogs, cats) are not allowed on cabin. They will be carried as checked baggage.
Passengers must contact to make a reservation at least 07 days in advance.

Can I bring liquids, aerosols, and gels in flight of Hong Kong Airways?

Liquids, aerosols, and gels are seen as restricted baggage in aircraft of Hong Kong Airlines. Yet, they can be transported by the airline, if they meet the following conditions:
- Liquids, aerosols, and gels must be put kept in containers of no more than 100ml each.
- Containers must be placed in a transparent plastic bag of no more than 1000ml. The bag must be easily closed and checked.
- Each passenger is allowed to have 01 transparent plastic bag.
- The plastic bag must be checked separately at the checking point.
Examples of Liquids, aerosols, and gels include Drinks, including water and juices; Soups and sauces; Perfumes and deodorants (liquid or liquid-solid mixture); Creams, balms, lotions and oil; Cosmetics such as mascara and lip gloss; Pastes, including toothpaste; Pressurized foams and sprays, including shaving foam, hairspray and spray deodorants; Gels, including hair and shower gels; Contact lens solution; and Any other items of similar consistency.
Exemption from the above restrictions on Liquids, aerosols, and gels will apply to:
- Medications in quantities reasonably sufficient for the flight time must have doctors’ prescription or expedient screening.
- Baby food (e.g. milk, juice, sterilized water) used for a baby or child travelling along with the passenger.
- Special dietary items important to passenger’s health.
- Flight crew in uniform and on duty on the day(s) of journey.
- Tools of trade for airport staff (e.g. detergent used by cleaners) entering the sterile area and on board aircraft.
- Items in quantities more than 100ml, such as liquor and perfumes, purchased at Hong Kong International Airport or at other airports placed in sealed tamper-evident bags, with the receipt clearly displayed in the sealed bags.
