Can I use Cathay Pacific check-in kiosk if I have baggage?

Yes, simply check in your baggage at our Self Check-In Bag Drop Counter, or any available counter, after using the kiosk.

Can I change my Cathay Pacific etickets?

Can I change my flight if my CathayPacific has connecting flights with other carriers?

You can change flight bookings if the journey has a connecting flight with other airlines and that ticket is issued by Cathay Pacific.

Can I change dates or flights of Cathay for one passenger in a group of passengers under one reservation code?

A passenger cannot change time or departure in a group booking code. As all passengers in booking record have to change.

Can I use my card to pay for changes in Cathay Airlines bookings of another person?

Yes, you can pay for the changes for another person providing that the credit card payment paid for ticket must be authenticated by verification, otherwise, the cardholder will be required to present the physical card used for verification.

How long would it take to get refund after cancelling flight of Cathay Pacific Airlines?

In case you would like to cancel your ticket, we will send you a Refund Form for you to sign in. After you sign and send back the form to us. We will process and refund you soon.

Am I still required to check in if I’ve been assigned a seat on Cathay?

Yes, you are still required to check in and print your boarding pass for your flight. Please be reminded that you must check in at least one hour before departure, or your reserved seats will be released.
You can check in:
• Online or via your mobile device from 48 hours up to 90 minutes prior to departure; or,
• At the Self Check-In Kiosks (if available) or at the airport counters at least 60 minutes before departure.
You can print your self-print boarding pass or/and send mobile boarding pass to your mobile device if you are departing from airports where the service is available.
You can check in:

For safety reasons, cell phones are not allowed to be used at all times on board. However, you may wish to use our telephones installed in our aircraft to contact your family and friends.

I have strict dietary rules to follow. What kind of special meals are available on board?
