If you cannot print your boarding pass, you can return to Online Check-In and try again. To be sure that, you can print the boarding pass before the departure time of 90 minutes.

Yes. If your boarding pass is damaged or lost, you can return to Online Check-In and reprint your boarding pass any time up to 90 minutes before your flight departure time.

You can print at Self Check-In Kiosk at the airport, or go to one of the Self Check-In Bag Drop Counters to pick up your boarding pass.

At the security check point, the security officer will check the name of passengers on travel document and Self-Print Boarding Pass. If passengers use other's boarding pass, he will not be allowed to conduct the flight.

There are some reasons why passengers cannot print boarding pass of Cathay by themselves, such as fare types, restrictions or special handling, fares for Children, Infant or Unaccompanied Minors. These passengers have to come to the check-in counters to receive the boarding pass.

Different airports and carriers have their own security regulations. Cathay is in the process of negotiating with these carriers and airports to ensure that they will accept our Self-Print Boarding Pass at transfer security areas and on board.

The kiosk currently provide the following services:
1. Check-In service: select your seat and print boarding pass.
2. Boarding Pass Collection: Print your boarding and lounge passes after you have used our Online Check-In service.

Passengers can conduct the procedure of check-in and receiving boarding pass about 48 hours to 50 minutes before departure time, except for airports of Beijing International Airport, London Heathrow Airport, and OR Tambo - Johannesburg International Airport.

The service is currently available in English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Italian, Dutch, French and German.
