Passengers can print mobile boarding pass, or collect boarding pass at the airport from 48 hours to 90 minutes before departure.
You can collect your boarding pass at the Hong Kong International Airport from 1 day up to 45 minutes before departure. At the check-in counter in Hong Kong domestic flights, you have to present here 90 minutes earlier, receive boarding pass at least 50 minutes before the scheduled departure time if you want to print boarding pass at the check-in counter.
Note:
- Passengers departing from North America, London, Beijing, Jeddah, Johannesburg or Riyadh need to collect boarding pass at least 60 minutes prior to departure time.
- Passengers departing from Dubai need to collect your boarding pass at least 75 minutes prior to flight departure time.

All passengers and their companions check in online with Cathay Pacific and Dragonair flights departing from Adelaide, Amsterdam, Auckland, Bahrain, Beijing, Brisbane, Cairns, Cebu, Chicago, Dubai, Frankfurt, Fukuoka, Guangzhou, Haikou, Wenzhou, Hong Kong, Jeddah, Johannesburg, Kaohsiung, Kuala Lumpur, London, Los Angeles, Manchester, Manila, Melbourne, Milan, Moscow, Nagoya, New York, Osaka, Paris, Penang, Perth, Phnom Penh, Rome, San Francisco, Sapporo, Okinawa, Shanghai (Hongqiao), Shanghai (Pudong), Singapore, Sydney, Taipei, Taichung, Tokyo, Toronto, Vancouver and including those transiting in Hong Kong, can print a boarding pass online.
Except for Hong Kong International Airport, passengers in connecting flights from other airports cannot print boarding pass. Note, passengers with return flights same day or within 24 hours will be treated as onward connecting flights.
In some cases, passengers can check in online, but cannot print boarding pass:
• Passengers who have purchased tickets with fares applicable for infant
• Passengers who have purchased air tickets in conjunction with ferry tickets
Passengers travelling to or from Chicago, Los Angeles, New York or San Francisco can only have Self-Print Boarding Pass / Mobile Boarding Pass within 24 hours prior to the flight departure.
