Why on my e-tickets the dates is for example:10/28/2017?The same date on vietjetair is in correct order 28/10/2017.The same when it comes about on my birth date for example I was born in 09.04.1974 but I got from you on my Reservation at AloTrip.com that I was born 04-09-1974.It looks like I'd born on September not April, which is correct. Wouldn't be the problem on airport? The dates is different between my passport and your reservation.
The dates are incorrect form on every tickest that I bought from you.
Colud you send me explanation about I have written about?

The date format on AloTrip is mm/dd/yy so your ticket is correct.

You can get a refund from the ticket by the rule of the changed class

How to know online check-in is successful or not?
After finish your online check-in, you will get a mail with QR code. That code will be scanned at the airport as your boarding card. If you do not receive any code, that means your check -in is not successful.

- You can cancel one way of a round trip ticket in allowance of ticket class and airline rules.
- Normally, you have to confirm with airline the return way if you want to cancel the way in case you want to use this ticket.

As per Jet airways policy, there is full refund in case of death of passenger. You have to send the death certificate to your airline email.

I booked a flight from Ho Chi Minh to Taipei on 20th July , how can i change it early 18th July ? I tried to change it direct on Vietjet website but its not work.

In case, you booked your ticket through AloTrip, you can send us your your changing information by email you used to book ticket on our website. You have to pay a cost for changing and different prices.
When you book ticjket through an agent, you have to request them to change for you. You can not do direct on airline website.

To AloTrip rule, If you purchased the ticket(s) for other people/used credit card of other people to book you MUST send us Credit Card and Passport copy of card holder by email
