I booked ticket on web. Then I cancelled and I get a total refund because cancelling in 24 hours. They said it would be 2 months for refund but now, after 2 months, I did not receive yet.
In case, ticket is issued before 12pm (GMT+7):
- With low cost airline (Vietjet, Jestar,...), you will not get a refund.
- With traditional airline (VNA, Thai Airway,...) you will get a refund totally.
It is about 2 months for airline send your refund to agent so be calm to wait.

Can my baritone ukulele in a case be considered special baggage?
