- Free for Korean domestic flights.
- For international flights it will be 10% of general adult fare, and there is no separate seat supplied. (A seat will be provided for passengers who pay Child Fare.)
- If one passenger is traveling with 2 babies or more, Baby Fare will only be offered for 1 baby, and a Child flight ticket should be purchased for each additional child, with a seat provided.

E-ticket automatically saves ticket purchase records, so customers can easily make or change their ticket booking, over the phone or online. Asiana Airlines, online and offline, issues the e-ticket itinerary via e-mail or fax after payment is complete. Print the issued e-ticket itinerary and show it at check-in to conveniently receive your boarding pass.

- No more visits to ticket boxes or airline offices: You no longer need to access to an Asiana Airlines ticket box to book a ticket. Your e-ticket is issued when you make a booking online or by phone, and make a payment using a credit card.

- No worries about loss or damage: Unlike paper tickets, with an e-ticket there is no risk of loss or damage. Asiana Airlines provided the Itinerary & Receipt via fax or e-mail instead of issuing the paper ticket, and issues the credit card slip online.

- Check-in is simple: Customers who have an e-ticket simply show their ID card and the Itinerary & Receipt at the airport. Showed the Itinerary & Receipt received via e-mail or fax to the Asiana Airlines staff for faster check-in.

- Complete booking, ticket purchase and one-stop check-in at the Asiana Airlines website. Passengers who have bought a ticket on the Asiana Airlines website may use the advance check-in service. You can select preferred seat online using the reservation number on your e-ticket.

Your seat will be upgraded to a higher class seat repurchasing your Asiana Club miles. Seats may only be upgraded by one class in this manner. In the following cases, an award upgrade to a higher class seat is not allowed:

Routes Not Applicable:
- Tickets with 50% or Higher Discount Marked in the Fare Basis Field
- Special Discount Tickets for which Award Upgrade is Not Allowed
- Award Tickets
- Free Tickets or IT fare Tickets
- Group Fare Tickets (G & T Class)
- Tickets for Americas Routes with Reservation Class Q, K, S, V, L or W
- Tickets for Non-Americas Routes with Reservation Class L or W

You can upgrade your award by calculating the difference between the fare of the seat class marked on the ticket and the fare of the higher class, except on tickets for which no change is allowed.

Codeshare flights are flights on other airlines for which seats are partially sold under the Asiana Airlines name. Flight names are marked as Asiana Airlines flights, but the flights and services are exploited by other airlines.

If booking with OZ’s official site, please check before changing your codeshare flight scheduled by contacting the Asiana Airlines Reservation Center (82-2-2669-8000). A request for a flight change made on the date of departure may not be accepted by the airline. Please request the change with sufficient time for advance reservations.

If booking at AloTrip, all you need is contacting us and we will tell you the instructions and solve the request.

1. If you cancel your booking by phone before departure, the amount refunded is transferred to your credit card company. The term of remittance to your account may vary according to the terms of your credit card company. If you have issued the ticket and the boarding pass for international flights, visit the Asiana Counter and apply for refund with the ticket and the boarding pass.

2. The ticket is not refundable without a reservation cancellation and refund request. Please cancel your reservation and request a refund.
