Yes. Yet, it is recommended that elderly passengers with diseases that require special attention check with their doctors before travelling to ensure they are healthy enough to board planes. If wheelchairs or special care is needed in-flight or at the airport, please notify Asiana Airlines upon early reservation. If necessary, a ‘doctor's note on air travel’ may be required.

There are different kinds of special in-flight meal: Moslem Meal, Hindu Meal, Kosher Meal, Raw Vegetarian Meal, Vegan Vegetarian Meal, Vegetarian Lacto-ovo Meal, Asian/ Hindu Vegetarian Meal, Vegetarian Jain Meal, Vegetarian Oriental Meal, Bland Meal, Diabetic Meal, Low Fat Meal, Low Calorie Meal, Low Sodium Meal, No Lactose Meal, Gluten-free Meal, Fruit Platter Meal, Seafood Meal, Baby Meal, Toddler Meal, and Child Meal.

Baby Meal is supplied to babies under the age of 2; offered with renowned baby food brand products. Flights departing from Seoul provide additional rice gruel dishes (excluding some short flight routes).

Toddler Meal is a nutritious rice-based menu for babies under 2 years old is offered on flights departing from Seoul (excluding some short flight routes).

Various types of dishes are provided for passengers under 12 years old. There are 4 available dishes on flights departing from Seoul; including omelet rice and sausage, tteokgalbi and seasoned rice, fried rice and chicken nuggets, and meatball tomato sauce pasta. Some short flight routes only provide sandwiches. Also, please understand that flights departing from abroad will provide different dishes depending on local conditions.
