- A passenger using flight awards cannot use the upgrade service although the passenger pays the fare difference.
- Flight awards cannot be used with other certificates, coupons, discounts and promotions unless specified otherwise.
- Miles and benefits are not transferred to a third party (including family) if a member is deceased.
- Miles accumulated by boarding the flight on the day cannot be used for flight awards (including upgrade awards) on the day.
- For international flights, seat reservation and ticket issuance must be completed before boarding, and you are not allowed to wait at the airport and issue a ticket at the airport on the date of boarding.
- You are not allowed to issue a ticket (including upgrade awards) and board a flight if you make a reservation for seats in classes other than the designated class.

Flight Awards are not refunded as cash, and sales and exchange of Flight Awards are prohibited. Flight Awards shall be used by a passenger whose name is specified on the ticket, and transfer of Flight Awards is not allowed. If Flight Awards (including Upgrade Awards) is not used but refunded within 12 months, 3,000 miles per passenger (per ticket) or a charge of USD 30 will be incurred. Refunds made 12 months after the ticketing date will charge 10,000 miles per passenger (per ticket) or a charge of USD 100 will be applied.

The itinerary may change within expiry according to the below policy.
- Available if your request is made for the section with the same mileage redemption criteria (same region, season and class) within expiry of the ticket.
- No change to the reverse section is allowed.
- For the itinerary with transfers in Korea, the remaining sections after using the first section of the itinerary shall be returned and miles shall be redeemed to change the remaining sections (with return charges), and the mileage redemption criteria for the itinerary with transfers is not applied.
- No transfer is allowed.

- First, whether the change of the itinerary is allowed according to the policy of the ticket you have booked and the expiry is checked.
- You may change the itinerary of the ticket you have booked to the same mileage redemption criteria (same region, season and class) without charges.
- For the itinerary with transfers in Korea, the remaining sections after using the first section of the itinerary shall be refunded and miles shall be redeemed to change the remaining sections (with refunded charges), and the mileage redemption criteria for the itinerary with transfers is not applied.
