Asiana Club Members having a disabled person's card or a welfare card may be registered as Hansarang Members. After registration, Hansarang Members may use special services of Asiana Airlines, consisting of a 50% discount on domestic fares (including services according to the level of disability), additional free baggage service of 10kg for domestic flights, priority front seat allocation upon request and priority baggage processing service.
Benefits of Hansarang membership are:
- 50% discount on domestic fares is offered.
- Additional free baggage allowance of up to 10kg for domestic fares is provided.
- The front seats are allocated as a priority, and special care is provided by crew members for maximum convenience.
- Express baggage processing service is provided at the place of boarding and the place of arrival for a comfortable trip.

Hand in the disabled person's card or the welfare card when subscribing to Asiana Club or when there is a change in your personal information, and you will be registered as a Hansarang Member.

Asiana Club Members having a disabled person's card with its validity indicated or a welfare card are not allowed to be registered as Hansarang Members. If the members show the card, they can receive a discount on domestic flights by the end of the validity of the card.

Asiana Corporate Club is the double-bonus program in which executives and employees of the corporate customers subscribed to the Club can accumulate personal miles and corporate miles whenever they use Asiana Airlines.

Asiana Club Members can earn miles by boarding flights exploited by Asiana Airlines or its Star Alliance partners, or by using credit cards, hotels and car rental services that have partnered with Asiana Airlines. The miles you earn are offered for no additional charge, other than the payment for boarding a flight and using a partner's services. Terms of mileage use may change, so your miles cannot be valuated before use. The miles are valuated when they are used for flight awards or for other purposes.

Asiana Airline Mileage will be accumulated with your Asiana Club membership number after boarding has been completed (as of the date of arrival) before the morning of the following day, and within 8 days for Codeshare flights.

In case of claiming missing miles, please keep the copy of your flight ticket and the original copy of your boarding pass. The English name on the passport must match the English name on your Asiana Club Membership information.

If you have subscribed to a reward program with another airline, you will need to show which airline's program you wish to use to accumulate miles.
Once earned, Asiana Club miles cannot be converted to miles with another airline.

When boarding regular flights of Star Alliance airlines, Asia Club Miles will be added according to the class and the airline, and the Miles are also counted for Asiana Club Membership Promotion. Asiana Club Miles are also earned when boarding flights exploited by Asiana Airlines' partners.

Passengers can use flight awards of Asiana Airlines and Star Alliance by redeeming miles they have accumulated. The mileage redemption criteria may change at any time. The current terms of mileage redemption may differ from the terms of mileage redemption that are valid at the point of accumulating miles or subscribing to the membership program. You may get flight awards by redeeming the miles you have earned. Flight awards are available when there are unoccupied seats at point of departure of a flight, but for your convenience in planning your trip, seats for flight awards are allocated in advance. Seats for flight awards are managed separately from seats for regular tickets, and the number of seats allocated to flight awards is determined according to the season, day and flight by analyzing the boarding history.

Accordingly, seats for regular tickets may be available when there is no seat for flight awards. Please understand that flight awards may not be available when it is expected that passengers purchasing regular tickets will occupy all of the remaining seats. For this reason, it is most convenient to use flight awards during the low-peak season, when there are many unoccupied seats. Please understand that if you use flight awards during the high-peak season, you may find difficulty in making a reservation, and have additional miles redeemed.

Please make a booking for the flight you intend to board. Reservations of flight awards of Asiana Airlines are available at local reservation centers or the Asiana Airlines website. And for the Star Alliance flight awards, please complete making a booking and issuing it at least three days prior to the date of departure.

Seats booked for flight awards or upgrades awards are managed separately from seats booked for regular ticket purchases. 50% more Asiana miles will be redeemed if you reserve a flight during the high-peak season. Please make a reservation for the flight award class when you make a reservation at the website. If you are making a reservation through the reservation center, please show your intention to use the flight awards or upgrade awards, or your reservation may be cancelled or boarding may be rejected.
