If the flight of passengers was cancelled and they were rebooked onto another flight, and passengers would like to reprint their e-ticket, they can do this by going to your booking in Manage My Booking. If passengers booked through a travel agency/third party please contact back to them.

You need to contact the booking staff of British Airways to make request of booking directly with the airline. If you book via travel agents, you need contact that travel agent to make the request.

Manage My Booking is a self-service online initiative designed to help you by:
- Giving you reassurance about your reservation by being able to view booking details 24 hours a day at any time up to when you travel for each flight.
- Eliminating the need for you to check your booking details and request booking services by phone.
- Reducing time spent in airport check-in queues.
- Providing travel information relevant to your booking to help you plan and prepare for your travel.

According to regulations on Asiana Airlines baggage, on flights from/ to Americas each passenger is allowed to bring up to 32kg of checked baggage, with the sum of three dimensions of less than 158cm. To specify:
- First / Business Class (Adults and Children*): each passenger can bring 02 pieces of checked baggage, weighing up to 32kg/ 70lb each, the sum of three dimensions of less than 158cm.
- Economy Class (Adults and Children*): each passenger can bring 02 pieces of checked baggage, weighing up to 23kg/ 50lb each, the sum of three dimensions of less than 158cm.
- Infant: each allowed to bring 01 piece of baggage weighing up to 23kg with the sum of three dimensions of less than 158cm, plus a foldable stroller, a cradle or a safety seat.
Children are allowed one of the following: stroller, baby walker, car seat or bassinet.

On non-Americas routes, the checked baggage is limited base on weight. The allowed weight is up to 32kg. To specify:
- First Class (Adults and Children*): each can bring up to 40kg/88lb
- Business Class (Adults and Children*): each can bring up to 30kg/66lb
- Economy Class (Adults and Children*): each can bring up to 20kg/44lb
- Infant: each can bring 10kg plus a foldable stroller, a cradle or a safety seat
Children are allowed one of the following: stroller, baby walker, car seat or bassinet.

On domestic flights, each passenger can bring up to 20kg. Children and infant are allowed one of the following: stroller, baby walker, car seat or bassinet. Free baggage allowance of Code-share flight exploited by Air Busan is up to 15 kg per passenger. The free baggage allowances for international flights are applicable to domestic flights connected to international flights of Asiana Airlines.

On American routes:
- Silver/Gold member: can bring up to 02 pieces of checked baggage, each weighs 23kg/50lb for Economy class, and 32kg/70lb for Business/First class, the sum of three dimensions is less than 158cm.
- Diamond, Diamond Plus, Platinum member: can bring up to 03 pieces of checked baggage, each weighs 23kg/50lb for Economy class, and 32kg/70lb for Business/First class, the sum of three dimensions is less than 158cm.
On non-American routes:
- Silver member can bring up to 20kg/44lb for Economy class, 30kg/66lb for Business class, 40kg/88lb for First class.
- Gold member can bring up to 30kg/66lb for Economy class, 40kg/88lb for Business class, 50kg/110lb for First class.
- Diamond (Star Alliance Gold) can bring up to 40kg/88lb for Economy class, 50kg/110lb for Business class, 60kg/132lb for First class.
- Diamond Plus & Platinum can bring 50kg/110lb for Economy class, 60kg/132lb for Business class, 70kg/154lb for First class.
- When Diamond, Diamond Plus and Platinum Members board Star Alliance flights: Economy class can bring up to 40kg/88lb, Business class can bring 50kg/110lb, and First class can bring 60kg/132lb.

The following items are not allowed in checked baggage of Asiana Airlines:
- Fragile or perishable articles
- Small musical instruments not stored in hard cases
- High-value electronic devices like laptops, cell phones and cameras and data storage devices
- Valuable goods including cash, jewelry, securities, contracts, documents including papers, passports, ID cards, keys, prototypes (samples) and antiques

On domestic flights, each membership level will have different checked baggage allowance, to specify:
- Silver member can bring up to 20kg/44lb
- Gold member can bring up to 30kg/66lb
- Diamond (Star Alliance Gold) member can bring up to 40kg/88lb
- Diamond Plus or Platinum member can bring up to 50kg/110lb
When the flights are connected to flights of other airlines, the free baggage allowances applicable to the flights of other airlines may be different.

- Fragile or perishable articles, bills, securities, jewelry, antiques, artworks, samples, stamps, documents, scripts, disks and other valuable goods (Indemnification is restricted in the event of damage or loss. Passengers should carry the above articles on to the plane).
- Medicines to be used in flight or during the trip
- E-cigarettes may cause fire in checked baggages. We strongly advise passengers to carry-on e-cigarettes. Please note, in-flight smoking is prohibited at all times.
