When shall the policy commence of Fly Me Next end?

Coverage of this policy takes effect twelve (12) hours before the time of departure or from the time the Insured leaves his place of work or residence with the intention of commencing the scheduled flight whichever is later; and terminates upon boarding of the Insured on his/her plane or the happening of the insured event stipulated herein.

Do I have to book a seat on Cebu Pacific flights for my baby?

It depends on ages of babies when adults want to reserve a seat or not:
- Babies under 2 years old (24 months) are not required to have their own seat. They will be traveling on adults’ laps.
- Each adult is allowed to travel with one infant. If one adult is traveling with more than one infant younger 2 years old, each additional infant must have a seat.
- Adult can reserve a seat for his/her infant if he/she has the proper child restraint device.

Are infants traveling on CEBU Pacific domestic flights free of charge?

Yes. All infants under 2 years old (24 months) are free of charge if these infants sit on the lap of adult who traveling with the infant.

Are infant free of charge on international flights of CEB?

Yes. A child under 2 years old (24 months) can travel for free if the infant will be on the lap of another passenger for the flight.

Can my child traveling with 5J Airways if he turns 2 on the trip without fee?

No. In this case, customers have to buy ticket for any flight on which the infant will be over 2 years old.

Do I have to purchase Cebu Pacific Prepaid Baggage for infant?

No. Children under 2 years old are not offered the prepaid baggage. Yet, passengers as adults traveling with the infant can bring 01 baby bag as hand bag, and a checked baby stroller.

Is it possible for me and my infant to seat in the exit row on 5J Airlines?

All passengers traveling with infant(s) under 2 years old can sit in an Exit Row if the passengers are at least of 15 years old. Besides, infants are not arranged to sit in the row directly in front of or directly behind an exit.

Is Cebu Pacific Unaccompanied Minor Service available?

Children traveling alone (without being accompanied by their parents or legal guardian) are considered Unaccompanied Minor. Cebu Pacific provides the UM service to assist children traveling alone on 5J from their departure point to the final destination.

Children of what age can use Cebu Pacific Air Unaccompanied Minor service?

On domestic flights within Philippines, children between 7 – 12 years old traveling alone are unaccompanied minors. CEB does not accept to transport children under 7 years old on domestic flights, unless they are accompanied by a passenger at least 15 years old. The parent or guardian must endorse travel.
On international flights out of Philippines, children between 12-15 years old traveling alone are considered unaccompanied minors. CEB does not accept to transport children under 12 years old, unless they are accompanied by a person at least 18 years old. The parent or guardian must endorse travel.
