A Hot Meal costs 350 PHP for international short-haul flights, and 500 PHP for international long-haul flights. Sandwiches are sold at 180 PHP on all international flights.

For international short-haul flights, each passengers can order up to 02 pieces of meals per flight.
For A330 international long-haul flights, each passengers can order up to 02 pieces of Meals per service. Total of 04 meals maximum per flight.

Depending on different routes, there is different policy for cancellation, refund, and change for O class. You should provide specific reservation code for AloTrip or the airline for the best support.

The proof of meal purchase on 5J flights departing from the Philippines is the boarding pass and itinerary receipt for flights arriving in the Philippines.

In this case, your pre-ordered meal will be forfeited. You are not subject to refund.

Pre-ordered meals are available on all international flights only. For connecting flights with both domestic and international sectors, passengers can order meal on international sector only.

In this case, if upon rebooking, the new flight is departing within 24 hours, pre-ordered meal will be forfeited. If upon rebooking, the new flight departure exceeds 24 hours, pre-ordered meal will be carried over to the new flight.

Pre-ordered meal is considered confirmed right after the payment has been made. Once pre-order is confirmed, changes in type will not be allowed.

Passenger will get 01 free drink for short-haul flights and a fee drink with dessert for long-haul flights. This is an exclusive offer for pre-order, and it is not available for inflight purchases.

If the flight was rerouted by passengers, meals will be forfeit. If the flight was rerouted by the airline, meal order will be automatically carried over to the new flight.
