Customers can order meals upon booing or until 24 hours before the scheduled departure time on the official site of Cebu Pacific, call center, ticket offices and through distributor of CEB. Customers can pre-order at airport counters on flights outside the Philippines. Customers do not need to decide which meal when booking, they can order onboard.

What do I need to present if I request for Cebu Pacific refund of meal?

When pre-ordering meals on CEB flights, customers need to present boarding pass and/or itinerary receipt to process for refund. Passengers are recommended to keep these documents for future concerns. Refund of meals depends on validation and approval.

No. Hot Meals and Sandwiches are only available for international flights. Yet, passengers can order sandwiches on domestic flights through the CEB Fare Bundles. Also, customers can enjoy light snacks such as pastries, chips and drinks on all flights, along with seasonal specials in menu.

Where can I order meals to use on 5J Airlines flights?

Customers can pre-order meals at the website of Cebu Pacific, ticketing offices, call center, airport counters, and sales offices of the airline. Customers can request meals for the return flight if the departure time of that flight is more than 24 hours.

Do I need to re-order meals on new flight if my flight was cancelled by CebuPacific?

In case the flight cancellation is conducted by CEB, passengers do not need to rebook that meal, it will be automatically carried over to the new flight. Otherwise, if passengers do not take the new flight, that meal order will be refunded or stored in travel fund together with the fare.

Can I order two meals per flight of CEBU Pacific Airlines?

Yes. On short-haul flights of CEB, passengers can request up to 02 meals per flight. On long-haul flights, passengers will be provided with two meals per service. It means that passengers are served 04 meals per flight. The first meal is served after takeoff, the second will be served at least 3-4 hours before landing.
