Customers cannot access their profile page in CEB Club account because the current system is being upgraded to bring customers a new and exciting program with better features and benefits. The status is temporary and customers can access or edit their profile as soon as it is done.

Fly Me Next is another Insurance product on top of Travelsure. This product provides cover for late check-in or missed flight due to some reasons specified in the terms and conditions of this product.

Fly Me Next helps passengers to reimburse their rebooking fee and fare difference up to the assigned limit during check-in. Otherwise, passengers can refund a fixed amount if they miss flight.

Fly Me Next is available via the official website of 5J and through Cebu Pacific Call Centers and Ticketing Offices.

Currently, Fly Me Next is available for flights exiting PH, Macau and Japan only.

If the flight is rebooked to another date/time but with the same route, Fly Me Next will be carried over to the rebooked flight. However, if the flight will be rerouted, it will be forfeited.
