How can I upgrade my seat selection on 5J flights?

Customers can upgrade their seat selection on flights of 5J up to 4 hours prior to the departure time on the official website of the airline, call center, or via sales office. Customers have to pay for the difference for their upgraded seats. After the upgrade confirmed, seat fee is not refundable.

On flight with CEBU Pacific Air, what to do if I come to the wrong terminal?

Do not worry, CEB provides passengers with shuttle transfer service between terminal 3 and 4 at Manila International Airport during the first month of transfer. Passengers just need to go directly to the transit area in Terminal 3, get on the shuttle, and go to Terminal 4. Passengers from Terminal 4 can move to different terminals by shuttle with a minimal fee.

How to reschedule my flight with CebuPacific Airlines, if it is cancelled?

If the flight is cancelled by the airline for safety and security reasons, the flight will be rebooked for 30 days travel from the date of disruption waived penalties. If the flight is rebooked beyond 30 days, it is subject to have rebooking fee and fare difference.

Where to go at the airport if I coming from an international Ceb flight connecting to a Cebgo flight?

Clear through Immigration, pick up your bags from the conveyor and clear through Customs before proceeding to the Cebu Pacific transfer desk located at Terminal 3 Arrival Hall. Then proceed to Terminal 3 Departure Hall to wait for boarding time for your Cebgo flight. Cebgo flights will operate out of NAIA Terminal 3.
