Passengers can reserved and purchase preferred seat when they book ticket, and up to 04 hours before the departure. They can choose preferred seat on the website of Cebu Pacific Air, contact Call Center (632) 7020-888 or (6332) 230-8888, or request via CEB sales offices.

- If passengers decide to cancel his flight, seat fee will be forfeited.
- If flight was cancelled by 5J, the airline will make every effort to place the passenger in the same or similar seat on the alternate flight.
- If passengers take the alternate flight but they are not given the same seat option and not informed prior check-in, the difference of the seat fee will be refunded outright at the airport.
- If passengers decide not to push thru with their flight, they can get a full refund or travel fund which includes the seat fee.

On aircraft Airbus A330, passengers on Standard seats will be provided with 30-inch pitch, those on Standard Plus will be provided with additional legroom with 32-inch pitch. Standard Plus seats are located at the rear section of the cabin. On aircraft Airbus A320, passengers are provided with Standard seats of 28-29 inch pitch. These seats are located near the forward exit, which helps passengers disembark faster.

All infants less than 8 days old are not accepted on flights of CEB. Infants between 8 days old up to 2 years old can be accepted if they travel with adult, and without seat reserved.

CEB only accepts to transport a maximum of 02 prisoners on domestic flights operated by A319 and A320 aircrafts. ATR 72 aircraft only accepts to transport a maximum of 01 prisoner. There must be at least 01 security officer from the PNP or NBI for every prisoner. The case must be announced to CEN at least 24 hours before the flight.

Yes. A passenger traveling with a portable oxygen concentrator and other battery-operated non-oxygen generating respiratory assistive devices such as nebulizers and ventilators for use inside the cabin is allowed to get on board. Yet, the passenger is not allowed to bring a partly or completely filled oxygen tanks (cylinders or bottle) or liquid oxygen on any aircraft. Passenger needs to prepare a medical certificate for requiring Portable Oxygen Concentrator or other assistive devices used on board. Passengers traveling with the medical device have to check in at least 02 hours before the scheduled departure time and present portable oxygen concentrator and other assistive device and paperwork for inspection by CEB check-in agent.

Passengers with medical cases are allowed for carriage, if they present the following documents:
- Special Handling Form
- Medical certificate stating the guest is “fit to travel” and signed by your personal physician

Elderly passengers shall be treated as a regular passengers and will be given special assistance if requested.

Passengers as expectant mothers need to tell information about the progress of their pregnancy during booking and upon check-in. 5J will refuse to transport passengers having pregnancy 34 weeks and above. Pregnant passengers less than 34 weeks need to bring a medical certificate stating the age of gestation with notation “Fit to Travel” and signed by their personal physician. Passengers need to complete the travel within the validity period of the medical certificate (7 days from the date of issuance for both domestic and international flights). Also, passengers need to fill out the Special Handling Form and present at the check-in.

Acceptance for carriage of guests requiring special assistance is subject to arrangement with us at least 48 hours prior the scheduled flight. In certain airports, we may charge minimal handling fee for the use of lifts and you may inform the airline at least 3 days prior the scheduled flight.
