- Domestic or international sectors
- Cabins of First Class, Premiere, or Economy Class
- Classes of RBDs like O, W, B, T, G, K, H, V, S, Q, U, N, L, M, Y, Z, I, P, C, J, F, A

Members earning Tier Points on other codeshare flights marketed by 9W and operated by other airline partners and on Etihad Airways marketed and operated flights, also can get a flat 1 Tier Point for any flights with Jet Airways codeshare partner.

Tier Points on HDFC Co-brand credit cards will continue to be awarded basis 1 Tier Point on every 8000 JPMiles earned by a member on the card spends.

Yes. With the multi-level JPMiles earning, members can earn a percentage of the base JPMiles even when travelling on most of the discounted Jet Airways fares.

The automatic-recording of JPMiles will be ensured when:
- Member quotes his JetPrivilege number at the time of booking flights and presents his membership card when check-in.
- The name of passenger in the booking should be the same name as that in the JetPrivilege Accounts.

If members quoted their Jet Privilege number but flight has not get auto-tracked, it happens due to the name mismatch. To make sure successful automatic recording of JPMiles, the name provided when booking must be the same as that in JetPrivilege account. The booking has to be made in the Last name/ First name format. In addition, members should quote their JetPrivilege number at the time of booking and present their membership card at check-in.

Yes. Customers as newly enrolled members can request retro-credit for Jet Airways flights performed up to 180 days before the date of enrollment. Customers should access their account on the official site of Jet Airways to claim JPMIles for any flights of Jet Airways, Jet Airways Konnect performed during stipulated period and claim retro-credit online for the missing miles.

Passengers as JetPrivilege program can claim retro-credit for unrecorded flights and activities performed up to 180 days before the current date. For unrecorded flights on 9W, members should access their account on the official site of 9W and credit the missing miles. If missing partner activity, members should contact the service center of Jet Privilege with a proof of the activities taken.

Members can earn JPMiles if they have paid qualifying room charges determined by JetPrivilege program partners.

Tier JPMiles of 9W JetPrivilege program are earned when member take flights which are entitled for an upgrade/ renewal of JetPrivilege tiers - Blue Plus, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The tier can be earned on flights operated by Jet Airways, Codeshare flights marketed by 9W and operated by other airline, operated and marketed by Etihad Airways.

Tier JPMiles of all flights of 9W and codeshare flights marketed by 9W are added in each original booked cabin of flight:
- First Class: 100% base JPMiles + 100% cabin bonus (125% cabin bonus for JetPrivilege Platinum)
- Première: 100% base JPMiles + 50% cabin bonus (60% cabin bonus for JetPrivilege Platinum)
- Economy: As per multi-level earning
Tier Miles on flights of Etihad Airways are added per the accrual structure applicable for JP Members on flights marketed and operated by Etihad Airways.

If a member cannot complete the Platinum tier renewal criteria, his tier will be changed to a one-level lower tier - Gold tier.
