Is it possible to redeem Jet Airways JPMiles online?

Yes. It is possible can redeem JPMiles online. Members need log in their JetPrivilege account at the official site of 9W, choose JetPrivilege section, select Redeem JPMiles, and Redeem JPMiles online. Then, do as instructions. Otherwise, members can fill up the online Award Request form at the official site of 9W or download and email the form duly filled and signed by the member to [email protected].

Can I book a JetPrivilege Award ticket through a travel agent?

No. You cannot book Jetprivilege Award tickets via travel agent. You can book, redeem miles, pay and print award ticket online at the official site of Jet Airways. Or, you can send a request via email to 9W [email protected].

Are departure taxes/ passenger service fees applicable when booking award tickets?

Yes. Passengers as members will be charged for all taxes associated with flights of Jet Airways, Jet Airways Konnect, JetLite or a partner airline, including without limitation, airport departure tax, customs fines, immigration fees, airport charges, customer user fees, fuel surcharges, security and insurance surcharge or other incidental fees or taxes charged by any person or relevant authority or body.

Why am I need to show my credit card number when requesting Jet Airways award tickets?

Sometimes, 9W asks passengers as members of JetPrivilege to show there credit card, because it needs for charging relevant taxes, fees and surcharges payable towards the award. You can use Visa, Amex, Diners and MasterCard credit cards.

Can I use JetPrivilege miles to upgrade ticket to a higher cabin?

Yes. JPMiles Upgrade is available on domestic and international flights of Jet Airways. The number of JPMiles required for such an upgrade will depend on the Cabin, Membership Tier and the RBD (Class) originally booked.

Can I earn miles based on Premiere if using JPMiles upgrade facility?

No. JPMiles are always credited based on the class of travel booked and not on the class flown.

Does 9W Airlines allow members to transfer JPMiles?
Program
Yes. All members can transfer JPMiles from one JetPrivilege membership account to another. Each member can transfer a minimum of 500 JPMiles, and in multiples of 500 thereon. The rate of transferring miles is Rs.200/- per block of 500 JPMiles. There is no maximum limit on the number of JPMiles transferred. JPMiles can be transferred to only one account at a time. Members can transfer miles online or at service center of 9W.
