No. passengers as members of JetPrivilege cannot use the Lounge facility if they travel on flights not operated or marketed by Jet Airways.

+ When am I awarded upgrade vouchers by 9W Airways?

Members of Platinum, Gold and Silver can be awarded 5, 3 and 1 upgraded vouchers respectively by 9W when tier is upgraded or renewed, along with the elite welcome pack, if members can meet the criteria of tier points or tier miles criteria for an upgrade or renewal. Yet, if the tier status is degraded, upgrade voucher will be awarded as per the tier points and tier miles earned for either Golf or Siler Tier renewal.

+ Can JetPrivilege Platinum get upgrade vouchers if not complete the renewal criteria, but have 40 tier points?

Yes. As JetPrivilege Platinum member meets the criteria for Gold tier renewal, 3 upgrade vouchers and the Gold Welcome Pack will be sent to member.

+ Will I can get 9W upgrade vouchers if not meet any of criteria of elite tier renewal?

If members haven’t met any of the elite tier renewal criteria, they will be awarded with upgrade vouchers.

+ Can I transfer Upgrade Voucher awarded by 9W Airlines?

Yes. Members can transfer upgrade voucher to whomsoever they want.

+ Is it possible to use the upgrade voucher with a wait-listed ticket or a 9W Award Ticket?

Upgrade vouchers can only be used with a confirmed revenue Economy or Premiere ticket and not with an Award ticket or wait-listed ticket.

+ Can I request an upgrade voucher of Jet Airways through travel agents?

Yes. The travel agent will contact Jet Airways and quote your membership number and voucher number along with the expiry date of the vouchers, while requesting for an upgrade.

+ What to do if losing Jet Airways upgrade voucher?

In any case of lost, stolen or expired vouchers, you cannot request another.

+ Can I get upgrade for the entire journey when booking a flight with stops en-route with 9W Airline?

No. Free upgrade is just available for single, one-way, direct, nonstop flights operated by Jet Airways. For flights with en-route stops, upgrades will be offered if the next class of service seating is confirmed for all segment of the flight, at the time of offering the upgrade.

+ Is it possible to combine a number of upgrade vouchers of JetAirways together?

Yes. Customers can combine both the Elite and Jet Airways Citibank (JACC) upgrade vouchers to avail of an upgrade.
