Guaranteed reservations on Full fare Economy tickets (Y/M class fares) is an extended and special benefit of JetPrivilege Platinum and Gold members on domestic flights within India, Jet Airways Konnect and JetLite. The benefit is just possible when passenger buys full-fare economy at least 24 hours before departure. While the airline will endeavor to deliver this benefit consistently to JetPrivilege Platinum and Gold members, there may be a few instances when this may not be possible.

When receiving your request via official site of 9W or through travel agent, the airline will endeavor to confirm the seat and advise you or your travel agent to endorse the ticket accordingly.

Yes. Passengers can list themselves for an upgrade. If, at the time of check-in closure, a seat is available in the applicable higher cabin (i.e. First Class/ Première/ Konnect select), the same will be released in lieu of this voucher(s).
