What is Jet Airways Kiosk check-in?
Check In
Kiosk check-in service of Jet Airways is a convenient way for passengers to check in at the airport. Passengers do not have to queue at check-in counter desks. With kiosk check-in, passengers can select preferred seats and print boarding pass in four steps.

Who are eligible for using kiosk check in 9W flights?
Check In
Check-in at kiosk is available for:
- Passengers having a confirmed and valid e-ticket
- Passengers check in anytime between 45 minutes and 24 hours before the departure time on domestic flights, and 60 minutes to 24 hours on international flights.
- Passengers depart from an airport having facility of kiosk check-in
The service of kiosk check-in is not available for:
- Passengers with waitlisted or open bookings
- Passengers do not have e-tickets
- Passengers request special services such as wheelchair, extra seats, visual and hearing impairment, unaccompanied children, traveling with pet and stretcher
Kiosk check-in is available for all flights departing from airports having kiosk check-in facility. Check-in at kiosk is allowed for a group of 09 guests and more, for a maximum of 4 segments. A booking code with over 09 passengers is seen as a group.

No. According to regulation of Jet Airways, check-in kiosks are not used for check-in with other airlines.

Why I cannot check in Jet Airways via kiosks at the airport?

There are some reasons why a passenger cannot checkin at kiosk for his/her flight:
- He/she may have entered an incorrect booking code.
- He/she may have swiped a Credit/Debit or Jet Privilege card which is not correct or not the same as information in his/her reservation. His/her first name and last name on his/her card should be the same as in his/her booking record.
- He/she may belong to the group of passengers who cannot use kiosk check-in.
- 9W flights may not be open for check-in because of some operational difficulties.
- His/her booking may not be confirmed.
- He/she does not have an e-ticket.
- He/she may have entered an incorrect booking code.
- He/she may have swiped a Credit/Debit or Jet Privilege card which is not correct or not the same as information in his/her reservation. His/her first name and last name on his/her card should be the same as in his/her booking record.
- He/she may belong to the group of passengers who cannot use kiosk check-in.

Which types of ticket can I use to check in 9W at kiosk?
Check In
Passengers can use only e-tickets to check in at kiosks. The service is not available for traditional paper tickets.

Can I go directly to boarding gate of Jet Airways if having checked in at kiosk?
Check In
Yes. Passengers can go directly to the boarding gate of 9W with their boarding pass and valid photo ID to present the security checkpoint before boarding.

Is it possible to add a frequent flyer number to 9W reservation when checking in at kiosk?
Check In
Yes. Passengers as Jet Privilege members can add their number during check-in. After that, passengers have to verify itinerary. Then, select “Add FF Number” to add their frequent flyer number.

Does kiosk check-in JetAirways allow passengers to upgrade to Premiere?

No. passengers are not allowed to use kiosk check-in to upgrade to Premiere.

Can I use kiosk check-in of 9W Airways to check baggage?
Check In
If having checked baggage, passengers have to present at airport check-in counter of Jet Airways at least 01 hour before flight departure to have their baggage tagged. All check-in timelines followed currently at the airport will be applicable for kiosk check-in as well.

Can a Jet Privilege members can earn bonus JPMiles by using kiosk check-in?

No. JetPrivilege members using Kiosk Check-in facility will not earn any bonus JPMiles.
