What is the minimum age of customer can join JetPrivilege?

All customers above 12 years old can take part in the JetPrivilege program.

Is Jet Airways Privilege program available or an organization?
Program
No. The program of JetPrivilege is not available for members as organization. It is restricted to individuals only.

What to do if forgetting JetPrivilege member number?
Program
In case of forgetting the number of JetPrivilege, member should contact the service center of JetPrivilege for more support to get back the number or request for a new one. It is not recommended to enroll again on the official site of 9W, because the system will refuse your registration, and the same details already exist.

After registration, when will my 9W JetPrivilege account be activated?
Program
After registering successfully, members will get their account activated approximately 3-4 weeks later. During the time, members can use their JetPrivilege number for make reservation and check-in to get auto recorded activation into the account. If your account is still not activated within 4 weeks, you should contact the service center to get support. Also, for automatic record of JPMiles, the name at the time of booking should match with the record of Jet Airways.

Do I have to register online when I am an existing 9W Privilege member?
Program
Yes. Each member need to register one time online to access his account. In this case, member will receive a temporary PIN to log into his account. It is suggested that member should change his PIN (old password) to a new password to make that account more secured.

Will I get the membership card after enrolling into JetPrivilege program?
Program
When member can have 7,500 JPMiles or 5 Tier Points recorded, his tier will be upgraded to Blue Plus and he will receive the permanent membership card which is sent to his email.

How long can I use the Blue Plus tier and the card of 9W Airways Privilege?
Program
The Blue Plus tier is used for life (provided there is an activity in the membership account every year). The tier will be reviewed only for a tier upgrade. If the Blue Plus remains unchanged, the membership card will be used within 3 years.

How long does it take for processing a membership pack of 9W JetPrevilege?
Program
It takes around 3-4 weeks from the date of Tier Change / Upgrade / Renewal.

What happens if losing Jet Privilege membership card?
Program
In case of losing membership card/tags, member will have to pay replacement charge for reissue the card/tags. 500 JPMiles will be debited from his account for the replacement. The charge is applied to all tiers. As the number of membership remains unchanged, member still uses his membership number for all bookings.

What are Tier Points of JetAirways Privilege?
Program
Tier Points are created on some certain activities by a member upon cumulating of which, he can obtain an upgrade/ renewal of his tiers – Blue Plus, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. All flights marketed and operated by 9W, codeshare flights marketed by 9W, Etihad Airways and on Spends on the JetPrivilege HDFC Co-Brand Card are entitled for members to earn tier points.
