The check-in time of 9W is different from flights:
For domestic flights
- Opening time of check-in counters at the airport: 120 minutes before departure. Passengers should check in at least 60 minutes before departure time. At airports of Jammu, Leh or Srinagar, passengers have to check in at least 120 minutes before departure, because of additional security measures. Passengers traveling in group of over 10 should announce to the airport at least 90 minutes before departure.
- Closing time of check-in counters at the airport for domestic flights: 45 minutes before departure.

For international flights:
- Opening time of check-in counters at the airport: 180 minutes before departure time. Passengers traveling in group of over 10 should report to the airport at least 120 minutes before departure.
- Closing time of check-in counters: 60 minutes before departure. Passengers using tele check-in and web check-in will be rejected boarding on the flight if not reporting to the airport 60 minutes before departure; their seats will be released for guests on standby.

Boarding gates of 9W will close 25 minutes before departure. Passengerspresenting at the boarding gate with less than 25 minutes to departure time, will be rejected to board their flight and will be liable for applicable gate no show charges.

Passengers just contact Jet Airways Reservation and Ticketing office to request chec-in. Passengers can also reserve preferred seat. Yet, passengers have to collect their boarding pass from check-in counters at the airport.

For domestic flights:
Passengers as members of Première, JetPrivilege Platinum and Gold can check in between 48 hours and 60 minutes before flight departure. Members of JetPrivilege Silver can check in between 24 hours and 60 minutes before flight departure. Boarding pass must be collected at least 50 minutes before depature time. The check-in counters at the airport is closed 45 minutes to departure time, and boarding gates is closed 25 minutes before departure time.

For international flights:
Passengers of First Class,Première guests, members of JetPrivilege Platinum and Gold can check in between 48 hours and 4 hours before flight departure. Members of JetPrivilege Silver can check in between 24 hours and 4 hours before flight departure. Passengers check in via tele should present at check-in counters at the airport at least 60 minutes before flight departure. At Heathrow Airport, the service is available to JetPrivilege Platinum and Gold members.

If your returning flight is operated on the same day (within 24 hours), you can check in both flights just once.

Passengers travelling from Mumbai and Delhi to Hong Kong and onwards to Macau can have their baggage through checked-in up to Macau. This facility is applicable for passengerson flights from Macau to Mumbai and Delhi as well.

Passengers of Jet Airways may avail of 'Through Check-in' facility on Indian domestic flights, or on connecting flight to/ from India on the same ticket. This means that boarding passes and baggage tags will be issued up to the final destination at the first port of check-in itself. With this facility enjoy a hassle free journey all the way to your final destination.

Since Kiosk Check-in is real-time, when the check-in system does not work, a relevant error message will be displayed. Passenger has to contact the Jet Airways representative for more support.

Yes. Passengers can change their seat number during the process of check-in, even after completing the process.

Yes. Passengers can check in via tele, and print boarding pass by using check-in kiosk.

After check-in kiosk, passengers can change seat, add Frequent flier number or re-printing the boarding pass. For any other changes, passengers should contact Jet Airways representative.
