Yes, all JPMiles - Tier JPMiles, Bonus JPMiles, and Partner JPMiles will be allowed for redeeming. But, for tier upgrade and retention, only Tier Points and Tier JPMiles will be taken into account.

What are Blackout periods of Jet Airway?

Blackout periods are the times when JetPrivilege members cannot redeem JPMiles for Award tickets, because the demand of passengers is high.

Is it possible to request for an open-dated 9W Award ticket?

No. Members of JetPrivilege are not allowed to request for Open-dated JetPrivilege Award tickets.

Can I use my friend’s name to book Jet Airways award tickets?

Yes. You can book award tickets in any name. But, the request must be made directly by the member, either online or at the JetPrivilege Service Centre.

Whether can I buy more JPMiles to balance and get a free ticket or not?

Yes, members can buy more JPMilesl at the cost of Rs. 1.25 per JPMile. Minimum 500 JPMiles need to be bought and additional requirement to be purchased in multiples of 100. Alternatively, they can transfer JPMiles from one JetPrivilege account to another.

Can I book award ticket of 9W Airways in advance? How many days?

Customers can book an award ticket at least 3 working days in advance. Yet, it is recommended to book earlier, as tickets are subject to seat availability. Book, redeem, pay and print your e-award ticket online, till up to 2 hours prior departure in case of Domestic flights and up to 6 hours prior departure in case of international flights.

Are 9W Airlines award tickets issued for one-way routes?

Yes. Customers can get award tickets issued for both one-way and return routes.

How to request for a JetPrivilege Award ticket for flights operated by airline partners?
Program
Award tickets for flights operated by airline partners must be purchased at least 14 working days in advance. However, the award request can be registered online at the official site of 9W and customers will be contact by staff of 9W.

Can I get Award tickets of 9W Airline for children?
Program
Yes. Award tickets can be issued for children between 2-12 years old. Mileage will be half of that required for an adult if traveling on flights of Jet Airways and Jet Airways Konnect. If traveling on flights of airline partners, mileage required for children will be the same as that of adult.
