What is Jet Airways mobile check-in?
Check In
To save time at the airport, passengers can check in via their mobile device. It is a convenient way. By dint of the convenience, passengers can select preferred seat, print and email e-boarding pass in 5 simple steps. To use mobile check-in, passengers visit m.jetairways.com or 9W Apps on Android, iOS, BB10 and Windows Phone.

Who are allowed to use 9W mobile check-in?
Check In
Mobile Check-in is available for:
- Passengers who have a valid Jet Airways or JetKonnect booking code bought directly or through a travel agent
- A maximum of 9 passengers per booking code and a group of booking codes with a maximum of four segments
- Passengers having a valid and confirmed e-ticket only
- Passengers departing from an airport allowing mobile check-in.
- Passengers travelling with child and/or infant
- Passengers traveling on Codeshare and Interline flights
- Passengers fulfilling the check-in window criteria.
- Passengers who have a valid Jet Airways or JetKonnect booking code bought directly or through a travel agent
- A maximum of 9 passengers per booking code and a group of booking codes with a maximum of four segments
- Passengers having a valid and confirmed e-ticket only
- Passengers departing from an airport allowing mobile check-in.
- Passengers travelling with child and/or infant
- Passengers traveling on Codeshare and Interline flights
- Passengers fulfilling the check-in window criteria.

Who are not allowed to use mobile check-in of 9W Airways?

In the following cases, passengers can check-in via mobile:
- Passengers with waitlisted or open bookings
- Passengers with special service requests such as wheel chair, extra seats, visual and hearing impairment, unaccompanied minors, pet in hold, stretcher etc.
- Passengers traveling as staff, on Industry Discount tickets, upgrade vouchers and agent discount tickets
- Passengerstraveling on Interline and Codeshare bookings where the originating sector is of another airline (other than JetKonnect)
- Passengers whose name and other details entered at the time of check-in do not match the details in the Booking code.
- Passengers not fulfilling the check-in window criteria
- Passengers traveling on flights which have not been opened for check-in because of operational difficulties

Is 9W Airlines mobile check-in available on all flights?
Check In
Mobile Check-in is currently available for on all flights of Jet Airways, JetKonnect and Codeshare flights departing from any airport, except for Abu Dhabi and Bahrain.

Can I check in Jet Airways via mobile for more than 3 passengers?
Check In
Yes. Mobile check-in of 9W allows to check in for the maximum of 09 passengers per booking code, and a group of booking codes with up to 04 segments.

Does JetAirways allow me to check in mobile with other airlines?
Check In
Yes. Passengers can use mobile check-in of 9W facilities to check in on interline and codeshare flights.

Do I have to register to check in 9W via mobile?
Check In
No. All passengers who can check in via mobile do not have to register.

I have a paper ticket, can I check in mobile Jet Airways?
Check In
No. At present, mobile Check-in is available for passengers owning e-tickets. It is not available for the traditional paper tickets or ATB tickets.

Can I go directly to 9W boarding gate if having no checked baggage?
Check In
For domestic flights, passengers who do not bring checked baggage may godirectly to the security checkpoint to verify and have their e-boarding pass stamped before boarding. For international flights, passengers have to carry their self-print e-boarding pass and exchange the same for another issued at the airport check-in desk. The boarding pass will be reissued only upon verification of their travel documents.

What to do if checked in 9W flight via mobile but late for boarding?
Check In
Please remember that, the closing time of boarding gate is 15 minutes before departure time. Passengers have to present at the boarding area at least 25 minutes before departure time. If passengers cannot arrive on time, they should contact the ticketing counter of Jet Airways to make changes or cancellation. In this case, passengers may be charged for change/cancellation fees.
