Who can check-in Jet Airways on web?
Web check in
Web Check-in of is available for:
- Passengers having a valid Jet Airways booking reference
- A group of 9 passengers per booking code and group of booking codes with a maximum of four segments
- Passengers having a valid e-ticket that is confirmed
- Passengers departing from an airport with online check-in being allowed.
- Passengers travelling with child and/or infant
- Passengers booked on codeshare and Interline flights
- Passengers fulfilling the check-in window criteria.
- Passengers having a valid Jet Airways booking reference
- A group of 9 passengers per booking code and group of booking codes with a maximum of four segments
- Passengers having a valid e-ticket that is confirmed
- Passengers departing from an airport with online check-in being allowed.
- Passengers travelling with child and/or infant
- Passengers booked on codeshare and Interline flights
- Passengers fulfilling the check-in window criteria.

Who cannot use online check in 9W?
Web check in
Passengers in the following case are not allowed to use 9W web check-in:
- Passengers are waitlisted or have open bookings
- Passengers request special services such as wheel chairs, extra seats, visual and hearing impairment, unaccompanied minors, pet, stretcher, etc.
- Passengers as staff travel, Industry Discount tickets, upgrade vouchers and agent discount tickets
- Passengers having Interline and Codeshare bookings where the originating segment is operated by another airline
- At the check-in, passengers enter name and other details that do not match the details in the Booking Reference.
- Passengers do not complete the check-in window criteria
- Flights not open for check-in due to operational exigencies.

Can I check-in online for all Jet Airways flights?

Web Check-in is currently available for flights of Jet Airways and Codeshare flights departing from any airport other than Abu Dhabi and Bahrain.

How many passengers and flights can I use 9W check-in online?
Web check in
Web Check-in is allowed for a maximum of nine passengers per booking code and group of booking codes with four segments.

Can I use check-in Jet Airways online for some passengers in a group of booking?
Web check in
Yes. While the check-in system will show all passengers in a booking for check-in, you can proceed by selecting a set of passengers whom you want to check in for.

Can I check-in online for my traveling companion on 9W flight?

Yes. Passenger can check in online for their traveling companies, if they have the same booking code and are eligible to check-in online.

Is it possible to use web check-in of 9W for through check-in with other airlines?

Yes, passengers can use our Web Check-in facility for through check-in on select Interline and Codeshare flights.

Do I have to register to use 9W Airlines check-in online?

No. Currently passengers do not have to register to use Jet Airways Web Check-in facility.

Can all tickets be used for online JETAIRWAYS check-in?

Currently Web Check-in is available for e-Tickets. It is not valid for the traditional paper tickets or ATB tickets.

Is it possible for me to cancel booking after using Jet Airways web check-in?
Web check in
No. After check-in online, passengers cannot cancel their booking. Passengers should contact the booking agent or Jet Airways before the scheduled departure time.
