- Step 1: Come to the location of check-in kiosks
- Step 2: Insert identification card(Aeroflot Bonus member card or credit card) to activate the check-in procedure
- Step 3: Enter reservation code and last name
- Step 4: Review flight itinerary, select passenger(s) to check in
- Step 5: Select seat(s)
- Step 6: Complete the procedure and print boarding pass
- Step 7: Go to the boarding gate

Yes. There are some priorities for passengers when checking in at Sheremetyevo Airport:
- If they are traveling on Premier or President Class, they will receive preferential treatment at Priority check-in
- If passengers are Aeroflot Bonus Silver, Gold or Platinum members, SkyTeam Elite or Elite Plus members

There are often more Economy class passengers than other class. Thus, these passengers have more time to check in. Passengers should prepare all necessary travel documents on hand. The check-in time for Economy stars 2 hours 30 minutes and ends 40 minutes before departure time.

- Enhanced flights frequency and convenient schedule
- Check-in ends in 30 minutes before flight at airports: Sheremetyevo (Moscow), Pulkovo (Saint Petersburg) Rostov-on-Don (Rostov-on-Don)
- Check-in ends in 20 minutes before flight at Strigino airport (Nizhniy Novgorod)

Passengers can check in for the return flight if the round trip is performed within 24 hours. For Business class, the service is available on flights Moscow – St. Petersburg – Moscow and Moscow – Nizhniy Novgorod – Moscow. The service is a one ticket for a few round-trip flights.

Passengers should prepare boarding passes and passports ready for the check. If passengers are traveling with children, business class passengers, SKY TEAM elite and elite plus members, they will be invited first for boarding. Please note that the departure time shown in your ticket means the time when aircraft starts moving. Please be on time.

Official information about documents can be received only at a consulate of the destination country. A passenger must comply with requirements for completing passport, customs, currency, sanitary, quarantine, and other formalities. If the said rules are not complied with, Aeroflot may at its discretion terminate an air carriage agreement.
