What should I do after unfortunately registering two Aeroflot membership cards?

One member cannot own two accounts in the program of SU Bonus. You should choose one of them, and then send a request to cancel the second account to the service center of Aeroflot Bonus.

Does Aeroflot Airways Bonus allow me to transfer expiring miles to one of Mercy Miles foundations’ account?

Yes. If having more than5000 miles on Aeroflot Bonus account, customer can transferhis/her miles to the chosen charity foundation. The sum of miles transferred must be multiple of 1000.

Can I receive miles for a flight before taking part in Bonus program of SU Airways?

Yes. Customers can earn miles on a round trip flight made within 30 days before enrolling the Bonus program. These miles can be added to their account. Customers have to send a copy of ticket and original boarding passes of each flight segment. Then, miles will be added to their account of personal page on SU Bonus website.

Can my SU Bonus account and my friend’s be merged to receive enough miles for an award?

No. According to regulation of Aeroflot Bonus, accounts cannot be merged. Miles on each account must not be shared, sold, bequeathed, transferred or combined with the account or miles of another Aeroflot Bonus member or any member of another Frequent Flyer program.

What is the difference between Aeroflot Bonus Qualifying Miles and Bonus Miles?
Program
Qualifying Miles of Aeroflot Bonus are added after regular SU flights. The miles are made after joining date on qualifying fares in Business or Economy class. Customers on flights of over 500km can earn 01 Aeroflot Bonus Mile per every mile flown. Those on flights of less than 500 miles can earn 500 Bonus Miles. Bonus Miles are automatically credited for Partner Services and special offers under the program. Bonus Miles are also added for flights by Elite Club members. Meanwhile, Qualifying Miles are required for Elite status. Both miles can get awards.
