At the airport, there are staffs of Aeroflot. You can meet the staff and ask them for help. Maybe, they do not know the exact information you need, but they will help you to find the right place.

In this case, you need to check-in again. Just enter to your reservation code and last name. At the step of Select seat, you choose “Change seat”. After that, you can re-print your boarding pass with a new seat number and show the boarding pass at the airport.

To meet the convenience of passengers, SU also provides passengers with the service of mobile check-infor devices based on iOS (iPhone), Android and Windows Phone. Mobile check-in begins 24 hours and ends 45 minutes before your departure. Upon check-in, passenger will receive a mobile boarding pass as a 2D bar code.

The service of SU mobile check-in will be provided if:
- Passengers depart from the airport where mobile check-in is available.
- Passengers do not need additional services, such as accompanying disable people, accompanying a child without parents.
- Passengers do not travel with pets.

Each passenger can check in by mobile for the maximum of 9 people. If there are more than 9 passengers, they have to check in at the airport.

Please note that Airport check-in begins 2 hours, and closes 40 minutes before departure. Passengers also have to pass Security Control, and Customs and Passport Control if they are taking an international flight. Please present at the airport on time to getting on board if you check in via mobile, as the closing time of boarding gate is 20 minutes before departure.

If you have baggage to check in, you have to arrive at the airport to complete all necessary formalities. You cannot check in baggage via mobile, as your baggage tags need to be printed by special machine at the airport. Baggage has to be checked in before flight check-in, 40 minutes before the flight. In case, you have only hand baggage, you can check in via mobile and present at the boarding gate at least 20 minutes before the departure time shown in your ticket.

You can bring nail gel and perfume in the hand luggage as long as the liquid volume should be under 100ml/bottle, and just maximum 10 bottles in the hand luggage.

Aeroflot self check-in kiosks at the airport will save more time and will allow passengers to choose seats onboard next to their family or friends. Passengerscan use their Aeroflot Bonus or credit card for reservation identification to get their first name and last name automatically (in case if their spelling corresponds to reservation data) and reducing check-in steps.

After self-service check-in please check in baggage at special DROP OFF counters at Sheremetyevo Airport at least 45 minutes before departure. If DROP OFF counters are not available, passengers have to check in at traditional check-in counter.

- SheremetyevoF(2) - in the departure hall in front of both customs checks
