Passengers do not have to pay any charge for change fare of Premium Economyy when Changes of carriage conditions made before/after the scheduled departure time indicated on the issued ticket.

Yes. Passengers can change Optimum Economy fare only before the scheduled departure time indicated on the issued ticket and pay change fees as follows:

For International flights:
- 100 EUR/100 USD charge for flights to/from points of transatlantic destinations/Asia/Africa;
- 15,000 JPY charge for flights originating from points in Japan;
- 50 EUR/50 USD charge for all other flights

For domestic flights:
- 1,500 RUB charge within zone A;
- 2,500 RUB charge within zone B and between points of A and B zones and within zone B
Note: Zone A - the European part of the Russian Federation; Zone B – all the other points in the Russian Federation

Yes. Passengers can change Budget Economy fare of SU and pay fee for changes made before the scheduled departure time indicated on the issued ticket:

International flights:
- A 100 EUR/100 USD charge for flights to/from points of transatlantic destinations/Asia/Africa
- A 15,000 JPY charge for flights originating from points in Japan
- A 50 EUR/50 USD charge for all other flights

Domestic flights within the Russian Federation:
- A 1,500 RUB charge within zone A
- A 2,500 RUB charge within zone B, between points of A and B zones, and within zone B

- Refund allowed with a 200 EUR/200 USD charge for international long-haul flights: refund made before the end of check-in time for the flight indicated on the ticket.
- Refund allowed with a 15,000 JPY charge for flights from points of origin in Japan: refund made before the end of check-in time for the flight indicated on the ticket.
- Refund allowed with no additional fee for all other flights: refund made before the end of check-in time for the flight indicated on the ticket.
- Refund allowed with a 200 EUR/200 USD charge for international long-haul flights: made after the end of check-in time for the flight indicated on the ticket.

If traveling on Premium Comfort class of SU, passengers will not have to pay surcharge to get refund from the airline if:
- Carriage charge refund made before the end of check-in time for the flight indicated on the ticket.
- Carriage charge refund made after the end of check-in time for the flight indicated on the ticket
