Why was my account added a different number of miles for a round trip SU Airlines flight?

Customers are often get mile awards for SU flights, or flights of airline partners on eligible fares. The number of miles that customers earned depends on the distance of the flight and booking class indicated on ticket.

Why Bonus miles are not added to my account when I have all conditions?

Sometimes, there are some mistakes about name, surname in the reservation/ ticket or on the card of membership. The mistakes can be caused by the operator when adding personal information to the system. Errors will appear when members do not present card when changing reservation to another date.

Can I transfer Aeroflot Russian Airlines awards to another person?
Program
Members of Aeroflot Bonus from 12 years old can transfer a free ticket award to another person in accordance with the regulation of Aeroflot Bonus program. Such awards of Ugrade and Partner service are not transfered. Awards cannot be transferred under the Aeroflot Bonus Junior Programme (Members aged from 2 to 12).

When will an Award Certificate of SU Bonusissued after requesting one?

It takes within 30 days to have Award Certificates issued after the Award Request Form is received by the Aeroflot Bonus Service Centre.

How to return an Award Ticket to my account if SU Airlines flight cancellation or other situation?

In this case, miles will not be returned. Premium tickets cannot be sold or exchanged for another award or miles. And, they are not transfered to another person. If your award ticket has not been issued, you should contact the reservation for cancelling, and request to keep miles on their account, and then send to Aeroflot Bonus Center.

Can I receive a one-way award ticket/ upgrade in the program of SU Bonus?

No. Award tickets and award upgrades are applied for round trips on regular Aeroflot flights. If the second segment is not used, miles will not be returned.

How do I receive miles for Partner services in Bonus Aeroflot program?
Program
To receive miles you should present your membership card every time you use a Partner’ service. Miles are then credited within 60 days.

What to do if miles are not added to Bonus account within one month after flight performance?

If miles are not added to your account, you should send a Missing Miles Request Form to the Aeroflot Bonus Centre and a receipt confirming the flight reservation.Miles will be added to your account within 60 days after confirmation.
