If traveling with baggage, passengers needto check at the check in counter 45 minutes before departure at the latest. If passengers only have hand luggage, they should present at the boarding gate at least 20 minutes before departure shown on ticket.

Yes. During Web check in procedure passengers can enter your frequent flyer number if it wasn’t done during your booking.

No. If passengers use web check-in, they cannot check in their baggage. As luggage need baggage tag which is printed by a special machine. If having baggage to check in, passengers should present at the airport up to 45 minutes before departure.

You have to address a regular check in counter at the airport where a duplicate of your Boarding Pass will be issued.

1. Conditions for check-in online
- Passengers can check-in for any flights of Aeroflot, Donavia, Orenburg Airlines, flight out of Moscow (Sheremetyevo) оr from the airports where is Online system for Check-In:
- Passengers travel with special requirement or request additional services please see RU agent at the airport check-in desk
- Some flights from the following points do not allow check-in online: Arkhangelsk (ARH), Beirut (BEY), Damascus (DAM), Zagreb (ZAG), Cairo (CAI), Murmansk (MMK), Novy Urengoy (NUX), Samarkand (SKD), Split (SPU), Tegerana (THR), Tenerife (TFS), Tivat (TIV), Almaty (ALA), Arkhangelsk (ARH), Bukhara (BHK), Burgas (BOJ), Dushanbe (DYU), Magadan (GDX), Harbin (HRB), Tehran (IKA), Karaganda (KGF), Khudzhand (LBD), Male (MLE), Busan (PUS), Rimini (RMI), Syktyvkar (SCW), Stavropol (STW), Astana (TSE), Urgench (UGC), Varna (VAR), Voronezh (VOZ).

2. Check-in online instruction:
- Enter your reservation code (PNR) and last name
- Review your itinerary and select passenger(s) that you wish to check in
- If you are an Aeroflot Bonus Member, enter your frequentflyer number
- Select your preferred seat
- Print out your boarding pass

The maximum number of passengers for one time of check-in is nine. If your are traveling with more than 9 passengers, you have to use regular check-in counter at the airport.

Please note that online check-in is based on modern HTML 5 platform. Not all browsers are compatible with it. Passengers should use Internet Explorer10+, Firefox22+, Safari5+, Opera12+ or Chrome28+ to check in online. Errors can occur when using the application in any other browser.

Passengers have to obtain entry documents of the destination country. Passengers are responsible for appropriate documentation before authorities of country of departure, arrival and transit. Passengers are recommended to bring passport, air ticket, and other necessary documents to enter the destination country.

In this case, passengers will stop checking in for their flights. They are entitled to a telephone call or a fax message or an E-mail. Passengers will be provided with a meal if the delay is more than 4 hours, drinks for the delay of more than 2 hours, and hotel accommodation including meal and transfer to and from the hotel for delay of over 6 hours at night time/ 8 hours at day time.

According to Russian Federal law, Aeroflot is compelled to control passports, visas and other travel documents of a passenger and bears responsibilities for that.
