How much do I have to pay for on board SU Internet service?
Special orders
The fee of using on-board internet is different, depending on types of device. Passengers can pay for the service by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, JCB and Discover debit and credit cards. Payment will be performed after a flight.
- Passengers who are using smartphones buy a tariff of 5USD, they can get 3MBs, and pay for 1.67USD/MB, and 1.7USD/MB over. If they buy 10 MBs, the user tariff costs 10 USD. They have to pay for 1USD/1MB, and 1.5USD/MB over.
- In case, passengers use laptopns and iPad to access the service. They can get 10MBs and pay for 10USD, equal to 1USD/MB, and 1.5USD/MB over. If their user tariff costs 30USD, the amout of MBs is 40. They have to pay for 0.75USD/MB, and 1.5USD/MB over.

Does Aeroflot provide me to reduce my blood circulation during flight?

To reduce the problem with blood circulation, it is recommended that passengers should wear loose and comfortable clothes. Take off shoes if they can, loosen laces, belt or tie. Passengers should not cross their legs, in stead they shouldchange position and sketch. In addition, they should take some simple exercises which can be found in the logbook.

How to avoid jet lag after flying with SU Airways?

To reduct jet lag, passengers should:
- take rest before, during, and after flights
- eat easily digestible foods, drink juices and water, do not eat alcoholic beverages
- spend more time outdoors after flights
- gradually accustom body to work and rest in a different time zone.

Does Aeroflot transport passengers as pregnant women?
Special orders
Yes. Such passengers as pregnant women in the last 4 weeks, or 8 week in case of multiple pregnacy, and within the first 7 days after delivery have to get a confirmation of taking flight allowance of physican.In addition, new-born babies in the first 7 days after their birth must have a confirmation of traveling by air to get on board of SU.

Which types of passengers on SU have to present a confirmation of traveling by air allowance, apart from new-borns and pregnant women?

Passengers affected by one of the following situations have to get medication clearance before getting on board:
- cardiac angina, if pains are experienced at rest;
- any acute non-infectious or infectious disease;
- increased intracranial pressure due to haemorrhage, injury or infection;
- diseases of the ear, sinuses;
- recent surgery;
- chronic respiratory insufficiency;
- anaemia;
- arterial hypertension (with systolic pressure over 200);
- recent myocardial infarction or stroke.
Remember: Divers must not take flight immediately after scuba diving. After 24 hours of diving and 12 hours after 2-hour immersion to avoid consequences and decompression.

However, passengeris recommended to bring some medicines for his/her personal first aid kit such as medicines for chronic diseases, antifebrile medicines, palliative medicines for headache, antidiarrheal medicines, anti-dehydration medicines, antiallergic medicines, antifungals, antiseptics, tweezers, bandages, adhesive plaster, a thermometer, antimalarial medicines, protective sunscreen, and repellents.

What to do if I have to take medication assistance on board of SU Airways?

In this case, passengers should inform the flight attendents, tell them about the assistance that you will need during the flight. Then, they will arrange a place to keep the medication assistance.

What does SU do to passengers who are catching infectious disease?

In this case, Aeroflot with special medical-training will provide the necessary first aid, take primary disease control measures to reduce the spread of the infection. What are requirements of Aeroflot on transpoting babies under 2 years old?

According to regulation on Aeroflot children carriage:
- Each child under 2 years old without reserved seat can be accompanied with 01 adult. If each adult want to travel with 2 or 3 children under 2, he may get reduction on adult rate; yet, it also depends on destination and seat arrangement.
- Each adult pasenger can travel with 01 baby under 2 without a reserved seat on Russian domestic flights.
- Support may be provided on board for children under 12 months and weighing 11 kg.
- Adult passenger should let the airline know if he/she needs a cradle to use during flight when booking. The request should be made no later than 24 hours before scheduled departure time.
- SU also provides a colorful and interesting children menu with favorite, healthy and tasty meals
