- Flex: passengers can take advantage of travel freedom, with a range of services matching business travel.

If passengers are Flying Blue members, they can use upgrade award to enjoy the class above the one that they have booked Air France, KLM, Air Europa, Aircalin or Kenya Airways flights. The passengers can transfer award to one of their choice.

The discount coupon is valid for passengers who have full-fare ticket, paid with Air France KLM-American Express card in flights of Air France and KLM. To redeem €50 discount, passengers have to show the coupon at a travel agency or Air France ticket office when booking your ticket, or enter the discount code when booking online.

Passengers can use the discount coupons one time only to purchase a ticket of €100 or more, excluding service fees and taxes, within 6 months of receiving your card. It cannot be used for previously purchased tickets, and it is not refundable or transferable.

When passengers book flights and pay with AIR FRANCE-KLM AMERICAN EXPRESS card, they will have their Flying Blue Award Miles balance’s expiration date automatically extended by 20 months from the month of purchase. This happens once per month, when Miles earned on passengers’card are credited to their Flying Blue account.

Yes, passenger has to obtain a Flying Blue membership number before requesting an Air France American Express card. With the card, passengers can transfer Miles earned from purchases to your Flying Blue account.
