All the level miles have the validity until December 31 of their acquisition year. Customers can upgrade to a higher level at any time during a year, as soon as the membership level threshold is reached. The new membership level is then valid until the end of March of the next year. If customers have Flying Blue Elite card, the level miles above the threshold of their card level will be used for the following year after annual check.

Yes. Customers can claim a Flying Blue Award voucher from Air France customer service center at least 02 weeks in advance. When customers have the authorization, they will have 12 months to book directly with chosen partner of the airline. And, customers must book at least 02 weeks in advance.

Yes. Customers can give up to 75,000 Miles to the person or persons of their choice. Customers can provide the airline with their e-mail address and miles as gift will be sent to them.Customers can also present to other who has not been Flying Blue member yet, and they will receive when they join.

If customers have many miles and their friends or family member need extra miles, customers can transfer to their account. Customers can transfer upto 50,000 miles. The only condition is that the receivers must have a Flying Ble account.

Passengers can redeem miles by traveling on flights of Air France, KLM, Air Europa, Aircain, Kenya Airways, SkyTeam airline members, and other partners of Air France.
