Air France offers a special “allergen-free” meal. Yet, passengers have to request at least 48 hours in advance. The meal will be provided free, including grains, shellfish, eggs, fish, peanuts, soy, milk, nuts (almonds, walnuts, and hazelnuts), celery, mustard, sesame seeds, sulfurous anhydrite and sulfite concentrations of more than 10mg/kg, lupine, and mollusks.Passengers can order breakfast, lunch and dinner and is the same in all classes.

Yes. Passengers can order special meals (vegetarian, halal, kosher, no salt, etc.) online to use during flights (over 2 hours and 35 minutes) of AIRFRANCE. Customers can request when the buy tickets, or order at least 48 hours in advance (24 hours for a child’s meal) by calling to the booking staff of the airline or the booking agent where you purchase tickets.

If passengers order assistance during in-flight meals, passengers must be accompanied by another passenger. The accompanying person may be eligible for a special fare to certain destinations.

Passengers can order Seat Plus at the following rates in each flight:
- Between €50 and €70 on long-haul flights
- Between €10 and €20 on flights within metropolitan France and Europe

Flying Blue Platinum and Club 2000 members can reserve a Seat Plus without paying fee. They just log in with their Flying Blue card number when buying ticket.

Seat Plus provides passengers more leg room during long-haul flights in Economy class, and on certain medium-haul flights in Economy or Premium Economy class.

On long-haul flights, these seats are located in different positions on aircrafts:
- in the widest rows on the upper deck of the Boeing 747,
- on the upper deck of the Airbus A380,
- next to the emergency exit doors on the Boeing 777, Airbus A330 and A380.
On medium-haul flights, these seats are located next to the emergency exit doors.

Yes. A passenger can reserve a Seat Plus for several other people, including him/her. On long-haul flights, these seats are located (depending on the aircraft).

If booking at the website of Air France, passengers can recognize their flights as connecting flight or not by clicking at the right of each flight listed in their search. They will be provided with information about the journey. If it is connecting route, passengers will get the information about connection time and aircraft operating flight.

Yes. Passengers can choose their seat online by accessing the cabin layout tool of the airline’s website when they buy ticket or when review/modify their booking.Yet, please remember that their seat preference may not be guaranteed. The airline will try its best to meet the need of passengers.

The airline will provide passengers with cabin layouts of almost planes. These layouts help passengers to find their seat easier. All they have to do is click on the type of aircraft in their journey.

The type of aircraft has 516 seats. The airplane has the same capacity of Boeing 777-200 and Airbus A340 combined. Passengers can easily search the cabin layout on the website of Air France, along with experiencing a virtual tour of the airplane.
