Each passenger who possesses an Air France KLM-American Express silver or gold card can receive a €50 discount coupon. They will use the coupon to buy Air France fares and KLM fares of at least €100. Passengers will receive their discount coupon via email within 1-4 weeks after receiving Air France KLM-American Express card.

Customers can earn qualifying flights or level flights if customers follow, and their Flying Blue account is automatically credited on the date of purchasing card. And their qualifying flights will be calculated as below:
- SILVER card: 2 qualifying flights bonus.
- GOLD card: 4 qualifying flight bonus.
- PLATINUM card: 8 qualifying flights bonus.
Customers can log in to their Flying Blue account on website of Air France to see how many qualifying flights/Level flights they have.

The number of qualifying flights/level flightsbonus will vary from the class of cards:
- SILVER card, you earn 2 bonus Level Flights,
- GOLD card, you earn 4 bonus Level Flights,
- PLATINUM card, you earn 8 bonus Level Flights.

Customers who have AF KLM-American Express card can also get benefit from Share&Fly. The service allows customers to share their bonus miles with a person holding extra card linked to customers’ American Express account. Passengers can contact AIRFRANCE to know more detail.

If customers are Air France KLM-American Express Platinum card owner with a Flying Blue Platinum membership, they can take advantages of Platinum for 2 incentive. The person holding the extra card linked to customers’ account will receive Flying Blue Platinum membership level. The incentive is available on France domestic flights, international flights.

Yes. Passengers can use AF KLM America Express gold/platinum card to earn Level Miles tickets of AirFrance or KLM bought with their card. These Level Miles will be calculated as the same scheme as Award Miles.

Passengers can change their personal information (address and contact) online on the official websites of Air France or KLM. Also, passengers can send modification via email or fax to the customers help center.

In case, the Flying Blue account of customer is blocked, customer should not log in for a period of 30 minnutes. After that, log in again and click on “Forgot your code?” link, and do as instruction. Customer;s Flying Blue account will be unblocked soon.

If customer loses his Flying Blue PIN code, he can request a new one by logging in the Flying Blue in box at the top right corner of the official website of Air France, click “Forgotten password” and complete the required fields.

The email you provide must be the same as one you use to purchase. Customer have to answer a security question. If customer answer three incorrect questions, they are not allowed to request PIN code. In this case, customer has to contact the service center of Flying Blue, answer some questions about your account, and receive PIN code in a few minutes.

Customer can also request a new PIN code byemailing or faxing the care center of Flying Blue. In this case, customer will receive a new PIN code by mail within 2 weeks following his request.

Customer has to fill out an online request form to get a new Flying Blue card.During waiting time, customer can earn miles when buying tickets and providing membership number. Customers can print out a duplicate card if they forget membership number or proof of membership. Yet, the duplicate card is temporary document.
