Yes. However, medical-use syringes authorized in the cabin must have a medical prescription. Their use is your responsibility. You must not leave used syringes on board. There is a special disposal container from the crew, you should request.

Yes. Passengers can bring their walker on board, under the same conditions as with a wheelchair:
- check your wheelchair as baggage at the check-in desk,
- check your wheelchair when you board the plane,
- take it with you in the cabin.

Passengers need to request this service when making reservation. The service provided also depends on the airport infrastructures

Yes. Passengers can travel with a personal oxygen cylinder (maximum content of 310 liters, maximum height of 65 cm). However, passengers must have the authorization from Air France before geting on board. And, you must not ust oxygen cylinder during the flight.

In the cabin of AIRFRANCE, passengers can bring crutches, walking sticks, oxygen bottles, syringes, concentrators and ventilators are allowed in the cabin, following clearance at check-in.Concentrators and ventilators must respect the authorized size of cabin baggage, which is 115 cm/21 X 13 X 9 in (height + length + width).

With the Saphir brand, Air France provides passengers with a number of services for those with reduced mobility as a result of a disability (whether motor-based, visual, hearing or mental) or age or illness. The flight crew is informed of passengers’ needs and is on hand to provide assistance at all times.

Yes. Passengers with the disability can travel with guide dogs at no extra charge.Air France offers a set of services under the brand name Saphir to assist handicapped or reduced-mobility passengers.

If passengers want to travel with a snub-nosed pet such as a Bulldog, Boxer, Pekingese or Persian cat, please consult a veterinarian beforehand. These animals can get difficulty in breathing in high-stress situations.

Dogs from the 1st and 2nd categories (as defined by the French Ministry of Agriculture and Fishing) are not allowed on flights of AIRFRANCE, whether they are transported as hand baggage, checked baggage or cargo. Snub-nosed pets such as Bulldogs, Boxers, Pekingese or Persian cats can suffer from breathing difficulties in high-stress situations. Please consult veterinarian before departure.

Yes. Yet, only small pets are allowed on Air France coaches at no extra charge. Passenger’s pet must be transported in a container or bag which does not exceed 55 x 45 x 40 cm / 21 x 17 x 15 in in size, and travel on passenger’s lap. Meanwhile, large pets are not allowed in Air France coaches, except guide dogs for visually impaired passengers.

To transport your pet on Air France, the total weight of your pet and container (bag, kennel, basket) is less than 6kg (13.2lbs); and the three dimensions are 46 cm (l) x 24 cm (w) x 28 cm (h) (18.1 in x 9.4 in x 11 in) recommended. No container exceeding 55 cm (l) x 35 cm (w) x 25 cm (h) (21.7 in x 13.8 in x 9.8 in) is allowed. Passengers can purchase in certain airport and at e-shopping store of the airline.
