Will Delta Comfort+be used for a new flight after i change my flight?

Delta Comfort+ is not refundable, it must be used on the flight for which it was booked. However, if there is a change to passenger’s flight and the airline cannot provide passenger with an equal or better seat, passenger may receive a refund.
