Passengers can access in-flight Wi-Fi as soon as your flight reaches 10,000 feet.

Currently, Delta flights are only allowed use of Wi-Fi when reaching 10,000 feet. The air-to-ground Wi-Fi systems through Gogo are not ready for use below 10,000 feet.

Passengers can charge their devices if that aircraft is equipped with power outlets. There are 110-volt outlets providing passengers with power to charge laptops and tablets. In addition, there are USB power outlets to charge small electronic devices.

As the development of modern technology, laptop models get smaller, most seats can now accommodate the device. Thus, the airline may not have plans to change seating configuration.

For passengers as SkyMiles Medallion members, they will receive free upgrades to First Class when space is available. Also, Delta Comfort+™ seats are ready for booking from the time of reservation until the time passengers check in for their flight.

In some cases, children traveling on Delta will not be ticketed:
• the infant is less than two years old, and
• you are at least 18 years old or the infant's legal guardian, and
• your travel is within the U.S.

In other cases, adults have to buy tickets for children, if:
• their child is two years old or more
• their child will turn age two during a trip - a reserved seat and ticket are required for the entire journey
• their child sit in a seat with an approved restraint
• they travel with two children
• they want to earn miles for a SkyMiles account
• they will be traveling between countries, regardless of whether or not the child occupies a seat

In flights within US, Delta does not provide discounts on infant and child fares. In international flights, passengers can get discounts, depending on the age of child. For infant tickets please have confirmation code available or allow extra time and purchase at the airport.

Each adult passsenger can travel with two infants less than 2 years old. For infants under the age of two and held in the adult's lap, the cost is usually about 10% of the adult fare, plus any international taxes and surcharges.

There are two main types of fares: refundable and nonrefundable.
- Refundable fares offer maximum flexibility, and most do not require advance purchase.
- Nonrefundable fares are priced for best value, but have more restrictions.

There are several elements affecting taxes and fees on tickets. The airports you are leaving from and arrive at and the country those airports are in, all affect your taxes and fees.

On a Delta ticket, you will see:
- Base fare: ticket price plus U.S. excise and departure/arrival taxes when they apply.
- Taxes and carrier-imposed fees: charges of airport, governmental taxes and fees, and surcharges from carrier.
- Total fare: the total price a passenger has to pay - it is the amount of base fare plust airport charges, governmental taxes and fees, and surcharges from carrier.

Rules of Delta Air Lines fares are:
- Changes of fares and schedules can conducted without notice.
- Restriction may be applied to particular fares.
- Not all fares are available on all flights as the limitation of seats.
- Name of passengers cannot be transferable.
- Passengers can view the complete fare and ticket rules at the time of purchase.

Ristrictions:
- Tickets may or may not require advanced purchase. Most of Delta discounted products require advanced purchases of 3, 7, 14 or 21 days.
- Some round-trip tickets have requirements for minimum or maximum stay.
- Change fees apply to most ticket changes initiated by the customer.
