Can I bring antlers when traveling with United?
Baggage restrictions
United will accept one set of antlers or animal horns per ticketed customer. It costs a $150 service charge (each way) per item for travel between the U.S., Canada, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands and a $200 service charge for all other routes.
Conditions:
• Aircraft size and load conditions permit
• Antlers must be as free of residue as possible
• They must be wrapped and antler tips must be properly protected
• Total dimensions must not exceed 120 inches (305cm). However on United Express flights, the sizes cannot exceed 98 inches (248 cm).

Can I bring dry ice to United Airlines flights?

United Airlines will accept packages containing 5.5 pounds (2.5 kg) or less of dry ice as carry-on baggage or checked baggage. The container or package must be ventilated to permit the release of carbon dioxide gas.

Alcoholic beverages in retail packaging may be carried as checked baggage.
For alcoholic beverages less than 24 percent alcohol by volume (including most wines and beers) there are no restrictions on the amount that may be accepted in checked baggage or purchased after completing security screening at the checkpoint (duty free).
For alcoholic beverages between 24 and 70 percent alcohol by volume there is a limit of five liters (1.3 gallons) per customer. The beverages may be accepted in checked baggage, or that may be purchased after completing security screening at the checkpoint (duty free). Packaging must be in receptacles smaller than 5 liters. Alcoholic beverages consisting of more than 70 percent alcohol by volume will not be accepted.
All alcoholic beverages must be packed carefully to prevent breakage. United will not take responsibilty for breakage or spillage of alcoholic beverages.
Up to 100 ml of an alcoholic beverage may be taken through the security checkpoint and carried in a plastic zip-top bag.

Can I bring seafood when flying with UA Airlines?

United Airlines will accept seafood as checked baggage if the following condition is met:
- Seafood will be accepted only if it is wrapped in a sealed protective material and packed in a leak-proof container.
- Seafood will not be accepted if packed in wet ice or if packed in a Styrofoam container.

How about infant and child articles in aircrafts of United Airways?

Customers may carry the following infant and child articles on board, in addition to the maximum carry-on baggage allowance: diaper bag and government-approved child seat (infant carrying seat or car seat). United accepts one stroller and one car seat as checked baggage allowance for each child traveling on the flight. United is not liable for damage to strollers.

Can I bring archery equipment in aircraft of United Airline?

United accepts one item of archery equipment per customer as checked baggage. An item of archery equipment consists of:
- One bow case containing bows
- One quiver with arrows
- Maintenance kit of sufficient strength to protect items from accidental damage.
They may be subject to charges if exceeding weight and sizes. United is not liable for damage to archery equipment that is not contained in a hard-sided case.

Can I bring baseball equipment in flight of United?
Special baggage
Yes. A passenger can bring one bag of baseball equipment as checked baggage. Baseball bats are not permitted in carry-on baggage. Checked bag service charges may apply.

How does United Airlines carry my bicycle?

United will transport bicycles packed in one case as checked baggage. If the bicycle(s) are packed in a container that is over 50 pounds (23 kg) and/or 62 (158 cm) total sizes, a $150 USD/CAD service charge applies each way for routes between the U.S., Canada, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, and a $200 USD/CAD service charge applies each way for other flights. If the baggage is less than 50 pounds (23 kg) and 62 (158 cm) total sizes, there is no bicycle service charge, but the first or second checked bag service charges may apply.

Does UA Airways accepts to carry my speed board?

United accepts one boogie/skim/speed board, or one board bag containing up to two boards per customer as checked baggage. United will charge baggage fees if the board exceeds the weight and sizes.
