Note:
- Only dogs, cats, certain household birds, rabbits, ferrets, hamsters, guinea pigs, squirrels, and chinchillas are accepted by JAL as "Pets".
- At the time of booking, we will check your cage size (width/height/depth), total weight of your pet and cage together, type and age of your pet. There is a limit of size and number of pet cage per each aircraft types. We might need several days to confirm your reservation due to the limited space of each aircraft.

- In flights between Japan, Asia, India, Oceania and Hawaii, North/Central/South America, Europe, Middle East, Africa, charge applicable is 20,000yen (200USD/200CAD) for per carry bag of surfboard/ per set of windsurfing.
- In flights between Japan and Asia, Guam, Oceania, charge applicable is 10,000yen (100USD/100CAD) for per carry bag of surfboard/ per set of windsurfing.
- Japan Domestic flights (in case CONDITIONS OF CARRIAGE (INTERNATIONAL PASSENGERS BAGGAGE) applied) charge applicable is 5,000yen (50USD/50CAD) for per carry bag of surfboard/ per set of windsurfing.
Note: Surfboards: Maximum of 2 surfboards per each carry bag.
Windsurfing: One board, one mast, boom and sail per set.
Other sports equipment will be carried as normal baggage and will be charged extra baggage fee under JAL regulations if weight or size exceeds free baggage allowance.

You should set electronic devices to the mode which do not emit electronic signals or turn them off when cabin attendants request to do so after all doors are closed. Those who violate the law may be subject to fine of up to 500,000 yen. (Civil Aeronautics Law, Enforcement, Article 164-15). Also, please turn off electronic devices in your checked baggage.

- Your captain may request you to switch your electronic devices off depending on circumstances.
- Under the airline regulations, in addition to the above-mentioned devices, the usage of other electronic devices is restricted
- Personal computers, personal digital assistances and electronic game machines must be connected to JAL SKY Wi-Fi services to be used during flight.
- Do not apply strong impacts to any electronic devices containing the lithium-ion battery because this can cause the battery deformation and/or the battery protection function failure. This may lead to the battery failure with heat generation, burst, ignition. Please be careful not to drop the electronic devices to the floor, not to stomp on them and not to drop them into the gap around the seat.
- Cabin attendants may ask you to switch the electronic devices off when when there is a passenger who use pacemakers or other medical devices around you.
- Please pay attention to the safety announcement and other safety-related insutructions provided by the cabin attendants.
- Please be attentive of other passengers when using electronic devices on board. Also please desist from talking on the cell-phone in the cabin because this may disturb the others.
- During take-off and landing, please place electronic devices with the large size like notebook computer into the overhead stowage bin or under the seat as well as your baggage.
- Please switch off electronic devices in your checked baggage.
- Please comply with the operator's rules when you board codeshare flights.

Cabin lights will be dimmed. Light meals are available before breakfast service (menu content may vary with the route).

Thanks to Wi-Fi connection service, you will be able to enjoy reading web pages, checking your email, and updating social media networks. Please note that the mobile broadband may be interrupted or unavailable due to the weather condition and location of the aircraft. JAL Mileage Bank of Japan Airlines (JMB) is a program through which participating individual members can enjoy a wide range of ward including award tickets and JAL COUPONs in exchange for miles accumulated by flying, shopping and using the services of numerous partner companies.

- Seats: The First Class cabin at the front of the aircraft has just 14 seats, arranged in seven pairs. Seats may extend into the bed, ensuring maximum comfort for passengers during the flight. Seat to seat spacing between rows is greater than ever, at about 130 cm (approx. 51 inches), and seat widths are ample (about 53 cm, 21 inches). Space is occupied by a seat width of approximately 2.7 Economy Class seats. The armrests, too, are wider than ever before, at about 33 cm (approx. 13 inches). And the large central console separates the seats nicely to provide a feeling of privacy.
- Meals: JAL will offer passengers Japanese and Western-style meals prepared by expert chefs with the menu changed every ten days, and emphasize ingredients special to the season. Alcoholic beverages, snacks and refreshments are carefully chosen by taste masters from Japan and abroad.
- Before boarding: Business Class will have Special Security Gate, the Diamond Premium Lounge (Entrance), the Diamond Premium Lounge (North Wing).
