Yes, surely. For safe and secure reasons, Cambodia Angkor Air may require passengers to permit a search of the passengers and baggage in their attendance, and search the passengers’ baggage in their absence at the airport if they are unavailable for such permission to be sought, for the purpose to determine what they are possessing in their baggage, or whether their baggage contains any limited or prohibited item. In case passengers do not comply with such a request of the carrier, they may refuse to carry passengers or their baggage. In such case, the carrier will not agree liability for the carriage of passengers and their baggage, except by refunding the flight ticket(s) as the carrier’s current regulations.

For safe reasons, dangerous articles or objects are not accepted as carry-on luggageas below:
• All knives, including hunting knives and others;
• Swords, bludgeons, blackjacks, billy clubs or similar instruments.

Any other device or object is considered as dangerous that it may be used as a weapon including long-blade scissors, straight (cut-throat) razors, ice picks, etc.

If any dangerous item is found in your carry-on luggage, the security will have the right to confiscate them, and not returned to you. Cambodia Angkor Air will not be responsible for confiscated items. Note that the above dangerous items or objects are only acceptable to carry as checked baggage.

Officials, ordinary passengers, who have been assigned to travel on duty, possess firearms and cartridges, they must be approved by government authority for carriage as the regulation, and they should be carried in the checked baggage. These passengers are required to surrender such arms and cartridges to Cambodia Angkor Air before boarding for handling in accordance with air transport regulations.

Upon the baggage receipt, passenger must inform at once any irregularities (pilferage, delay, damage) at the baggage claim at the airport (Lost and Found counter) for the staffs of Cambodia Angkor Air to open a property irregular report (PIR).

In case the receipt of the passenger without any complaint is the evidence that the baggage of the passenger has been delivered in good condition and along with the document of baggage carriage.

In the case of damaged / pilferaged baggage, the passenger must complain to the carrier and latest time within seven (7) days (basing on the seal of post office if any) from the date of receipt.

Any complaint must be made in writing and dispatched within limitedtime mentioned above.If every complain fails to arrive within the limited time and not made in writing form, it shall not be accepted and processed.

In the case of damaged / pilferaged baggage, the passenger must complain to the carrier and latest time within seven (7) days (basing on the seal of post office if any) from the date of receipt.

In the case of lost baggage, the passenger must make a complaint to the carrier with the latesttime 21days (basing on the seal of post office if any) from the date the baggage have been received by the passengers. Any complaint must be made in writing and dispatched within limited time mentioned above. If every complain is failed to arrive within the limited time and not made in writing form, it shall not be accepted and processed.

Cambodia Angkor Air will advise you as soon as your baggage is located at the airport and will deliver the baggage to the concrete address you specified, depending on local customs regulations. Alternatively, you may collect your baggage at the airport.
