You note that you need check-in for your flight and get to the boarding gate on time.
When check in, you must show valid Passport, Official ID Card (Original) and necessary Travel Document if required upon check-in.

Where are Check-in counters of Bangkok Airline at Suvarnaphumi Airport?

Check-in counters at Suvarnaphumi Airport are located in Row F of the main terminal. The total row is used for Bangkok Airways. The ticketing office is located at passenger terminal level 6. You need to enter via entrance no.3 on level 4 and then to the elevator behind check-in Row F.

You can request many meal types and meal types include:
- Vegetarian Jain Meal (VJML): Vegetarian food will be prepared in Indian food style, based on Jain customs.
- Vegetarian Oriental Meal (VOML): Vegetarian food will be prepared in Chinese food style or Oriental-food style.
- Asian Vegetarian Hindu/Indian Meal (AVML): Food combine spicy vegetarian, with limited use of dairy products. It excludes any type of fish, meat, or egg.
- Infant / Baby Food (BBML): A standard range of exclusive brands of baby meals are valid on flights of Bangkok Airways. However, it is advised that parents should carry familiar and preferred food for their babies.
- Raw Vegetarian Meal (RVML): It contains exclusively of raw fruit and vegetables.
- Child's Meal (CHML): It may be served for children between 2 and 12 years old.
- Seafood Meal (SFML): It is served for passengers to prefer seafood without any meat products.

Do I need to confirm Air Bangkok flights again before the departure date?
